This house is adorable! It is well furnished and equipped for your stay. The layout is perfect for a family, and the front porch and the pool are wonderful! Conveniently located, the house is near the village & pier, great restaurants, shopping, and the beach (bring your own beach towels). I would definitely stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good stay . There were a few minor things that could’ve been addressed before we got there but nothing major- the mattresses were awesome and the pool had a sitting area with steps going down into the pool with an umbrella for smaller children who can’t swim that was a Plus and plenty of room for 11 guest.

We had a great visit. The home was nice. We had a couple of hiccups, but the agent was very helpful and fast to respond. It was great having the pool. Overall the house could use a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture. Many pieces were in need of replacement. We’re probably just spoiled, but when we go away we want it to be as nice as our house or nicer.

This was Southern Living at it's best! The process to check-in and access the property was very smooth. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and all that it had to offer. The unit was very clean and tidy with great access to the restaurants, golf and shopping on the island. We highly recommend this property to other travelers!

The house itself is great and decorated beautifully. The owner had great taste in artwork. The issue is the management company. They do not pay attention to details. The pool was so dirty when we checked in and the back and front patio needed to be blown off. It also needs to be pressure washed. I will say they did clean the pool 3 days after check in. There was a limb that needed to be trimmed in the front driveway that scraped your vehicle every time you pulled in. The master bathroom has a window that needs to be covered because the neighbors can see in. The management company makes you go by their office at check in and check out. It was out of the way for us on our departure day and added an additional 25 minutes to our drive home. The house is on one of busiest streets in St.Simons. If you rent a golf cart, you will have to cut across the street to the Catholic Church to get to backroads. Golf carts are not allowed on the street the house is on. Overall, the house is great but it is not the same as renting from the owner. I would not rent it again.

Graduation weekend

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool was great! The house is on a busy road but far enough back from the road, that it isn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

First time to Georgia

We had a really good time! The pool was a little smaller than expected, but we were in it every day. It was easy to get around the island from where we stayed. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house and loved the porch swing!

From the decor, to the rooms to the cocktail pool, we enjoyed it all! It was only a 7 minute drive to almost anywhere on the island we were planning on visiting. I would recommend this house completely!

Girlfriends Getaway

The house was perfect for 7 of us. It is adorable! The only issue we had was the pool and outside area was not ready for guests. The company was great about getting someone out to work on the pool but it was disappointing. The house is off a main road which is very busy and we were not able to rent golf carts since it is 35 mph. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed getting to know Saint Simons Island.

Dirty house/Noisy neighbors

Outside grill was disgusting, oven was nasty as well. Purchased steaks prior to check in, had to go buy a grill. Oven was very dirty, dishes and flatware were gross as well, had to wash everything we used. Next door neighbor started sawing, pounding and drilling, dog was barking as well at 7:00 am both mornings. Very expensive day and a half, would NOT recommend. I have pictures.

Broken glass and weak grill

There was broken glass around the pool my spouse found, but not before child got glass in foot (before tennis tournament). The grill would not get hot enough to cook the shrimp and fish we purchased from the local market. And finally, one of the showers did not drain. House needs attention to details, but is well furnished.

Property is on a very busy main street in SSI. Mold in several bathrooms, signs of wood rot and needs repair. Poor water pressure in master bathroom. Grill was not functional when we arrived took two days to get operational.Front porch lights were not functional, requested to be fixed but not addressed during our stay, Lights on kitchen chandelier were out. I replaced when I arrived. Kitchen could use a few more serving pieces. Beds comfortable. Pool area and outdoor kitchen needed upkeep, landscaping by pool lots of weeds, outdoor kitchen filthy. I think it is very overpriced for location, cleanliness and amenities

The home was beautiful, just like the pictures. The layout was great. Plenty of room for gathering and visiting. The problem was cleanliness. The basic things were clean...the bathrooms, the linens, the kitchen counters were clean. But there was built up dust on light fixtures (including the light over the table), dust bunnies in closets (plus 2 dead roaches) and on the baseboards. We had to buy plastic utensils because there were not enough for the six adults that were there. The oven & bar b que pit really need to be cleaned. Had it been clean, it would have been a great place to stay.

Great house and location

This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for my friends and I. We didn't think the location was going to be great, but it turned out to be within walking distance to a lot of great places to eat and the drive to the beach was really easy. The only thing we wanted that this house didn't have was a heated pool. Otherwise, our stay was excellent.

Great location on the Island! Highly recommend.

Great location to all the best stuff on St. Simons. Check in was easy and fast. The house was clean and tidy. Nice high end furniture and a beautiful back yard. I would stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our stay with our adult children and their spouses. Only recommendation is that the white cover on the sofa needs to be cleaned but overall the house was perfect and will definitely plan to return.
