Loved the location, steps from the beach. Superior beach equipment, plenty of towels . Kitchen is stocked wonderful. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

The unit was very clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The property management was very attentive and very quick to respond to texts with any questions we had. We were a quick walk across the street to the beach. Great place!

Every year, my sister and I come down to Ana Maria Island for a weekend getaway. We love to try new places to stay. This little condo is officially our favorite. I say little, but plenty of room individually as well as shared space. The place was super clean!! spotless! I love that they have extra pillows and blankets! We had one issue with one of the bathrooms on the first day and management had it fixed within the hour. We didn’t do any cooking, but noticed how well equipped the kitchen was if we chose to. The place is right across the street from the beach so you could sit out by the front door and be blown away by the sunset. I would definitely stay here again highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The property is literally steps from the beach. Beds were very comfy. It was so nice to use the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, & boogie boards available at the property. Would stay here again.

Property is exactly as described. Perfect location to get to the beach so you don’t have to fight any crowds for parking. The pool is a great option too. There are shared beach chairs and wagons that are convenient for traveling across to the beach. Beds are super comfy as well as the couch. Check in and out was easy and the owners were very responsive with questions leading up to our arrival.

Amazing trip

Quant little place, with convenient access to beach right across the street. Unit was very clean and everything was provided for the perfect stay. We loved our stay there.

Fantastic Stay

We loved our stay at Seagrass flats! Beach access right across the street and multiple places within walking distance. Condo and pool area were both great and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time here at Seagrass!

We had a wonderful time staying in Bradenton Beach. The condo we rented was perfect for what we needed and was close to a lot of restaurants and bars that we could walk to. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful as we were planning our trip!
