The property was absolutely stunning with amazing views of the ocean. The owners were fantastic and answered all of our questions very quickly. No issues at all with the home. We will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing home! We absolutely loved staying here, and would definitely come back. The host was so responsive and answered all questions so quickly. The views are stunning!

Perfect house for our family! Beautiful views! We did manage to drive down to the small beach that is visible from the house. We also went to Magens bay beach. Had a wonderful time! Thank you !

We had the nicest time at Good Vibes Only. It felt clean, comfortable, well maintained, and safe. It also was one of best stocked homes that we’ve ever stayed it. We ran into one tiny hiccup during our stay and the responsiveness to it honestly exceeded what I thought would be possible, especially on an island timeline. We’d like to applaud Ryan and Roxy on being stellar hosts- thank you again!

Book this place!!

This place is absolutely incredible! Our group has traveled quite a bit, and even visited the island before, but nothing compares to this stay. The views are truly beyond words, and the home itself was incredibly comfortable with plenty of space for both privacy and quality time with extended family. We won’t stay anywhere else in St. Thomas when we come back!

Stunning Location

We had a great stay at Good Vibes Only. The views were amazing and the rooms were nice, spacious and private. The house had everything we needed and more for hikes, dinners and lounging.

We were in St Thomas to get married and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My husband, 3 kids and myself really enjoyed the house and we all had space to spread out. The views were amazing, more amazing than the photos!! Everything we needed was there. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you want to cook, we even grilled while we were there. There are plenty of beach supplies for beach days. The house was clean on arrival, just as expected. We all enjoyed the pool in the evenings after spending the day out. Spotting iguanas sunbathing in the bushes over the ledge was always a fun part of the day. Listening to the waves crash when going to sleep is what I miss the most. Ryan and Roxie responded very quickly when we had any questions. We had such an amazing time in this beautiful home and hope to be back again someday!!

The rooms were spacious and spread out for our 2-family, group of 8. We had 4 girls in HS and they all slept in the room off the main house, comfortably. The 2 sets of parents stayed in our own rooms and we appreciated the ability to spread our. The house was very clean, kitchen was labeled for ease of use, house had everything you’d need for a beach day and Ryan & Roxie were extremely responsive. My only complaint is I wish we could stay longer!Also, upon initial arrival, the directions in the welcome packet were perfect to find the house and there are signs directing you for reassurance. It’s tucked away off the main road and we got the hang of the roads by day 2-3! Recommend renting a car for sure.

The villa has the most spectactular views of anywhere you would travel. The villa was very clean and was appointed with all our needs, from dishes to bath towels and kitchen necessities. I would stay there again.
