Christmas Stay in Fort Morgan

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach where sunrise and sunset were gorgeous. The house was clean, great size for our group and the neighbor was quiet.

Family Friendly and Spacious

Went with a large family and kids and adults of all ages. Worked perfect for our needs and everyone had plenty of room. Close walking to the pool and beach!

Great house

Good location, only about 200 yards to beach access. Nice beach that’s not too busy. Fort Morgan is less crowded than some other areas, which we liked

Amazing Family Beach Trip

We had the best beach family trip. This property was perfect, close to the beach and pool. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and we loved the screened in porch. Everything was as described. Thank You

Great Place To Relax

We were in town for our daughters wedding. We needed a place for several family members to stay. It was a little drive to the wedding venue but worked out fine. It is a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time.

Great location with lots of room.

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Couple things: I would request is a bigger bed in the spare bedroom toward the back of the house. Its a double, I'm 5'7 and my husband is 6'3 both our feet hung off. Also the carpets were a little dirty where I didn't really want to walk barefoot. But really all and all it was in a wonderful location and had tons of room for my family.

away time stay

very brief, Not pleased with check in policy that caused my daughter who arrived 30 minutes early, was not allowed to enter the property. Was not informed that cleaning had not been completed or other reason for the delay. Thank you my family loved the property and location.

Hi Daniel, thanks for the review of Away Time. Your contract states the check-in time and the door code does not activate until that time has been reached. This gives our team the proper amount of time to clean and make repairs needed to the house before your stay.

Such a great place to stay for families!

Morgantown as a whole was such a great place to stay for our young families. Two great pools within the development which saved us since the beach wasn't a great place to be while we were there due to riptides, wind and marine life. The only heads up I'd give to other families with specific needs like us: the upstairs room with bunk beds doesn't have a traditional door and is more of a loft. We missed that when looking through the pictures and it ended up being pretty loud up there each night while our 3 year old was trying to sleep, since it's just off the kitchen. Just something to consider based on your party's needs. House was nice. Owner was great, communicated well and sent someone out immediately when one of the door locks was messed up.
