The house is an excellent set-up for multiple family and friends. It is located centrally and it is very easy to walk to most things. The beach is at the end of the block and very walkable. We had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend.

Casa Bonita in Rincon, PR was the perfect vacation rental for our large family. The 3 apartments and pool house gave us all the ability to hang out together and also afforded us the opportunity to have privacy when needed. Each apartment had a/c and all the amenities needed to make it feel like home.The pool was perfect for decompressing after sight-seeing. Our granddaughter loved the pool toys and floaties. The chairs and tent provided were perfect for our day at the beach. Overall, we highly recommended Casa Bonita when staying in Rincon with a large group.

Awesome places to stay.

Awesome places to stay everything you need is there all around you at walking distends or short car ride away. I really recommend this place we had a great time.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located close to everything we needed—beach, great restaurants, and grocery stores. What truly made our experience exceptional was our host, Vincent. He was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really stood out and made our stay unforgettable. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great stay

The location is perfect, 2 min walk to the beach and 2min drive to a supermarket. The apartments were very comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. We will be renting again!

Perfect spot

The place was clean and the location was great. It was walking distance to the beach, a food store and a coffee shop. It had all the amenities that we needed and the separate units allowed privacy and flexibility. Great stay!

Spectacular

Everything was so nice, clean, and modern. It was the perfect property for our yearly family reunion. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach which was always empty. It almost felt like it was our own private oasis! The people in the area were super friendly and the owner was always responsive and very helpful. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and other family!

Beyond our expectations

You seriously couldn't ask for anything more at this amazing home. Cleanliness, spaciousness, privacy, location--it has it all. It was perfect for our large family who was there for a wedding just one street over. Communication with the hosts was great, and everything was as described in the listing. Highly recommend and we will DEFINITELY want to stay here again in the future!

Superb Property with Exceptional Hosts

Not only is this property stunning, clean, and comfortable, it’s located on an idyllic street with the ocean waiting for you at the end. It’s also owned by wonderful people - Vincent went above and beyond for our group - accommodating and welcoming, leaving nothing more to ask for. I hope to have the pleasure to return at some point.

Awesome property for a Rincon stay

We just left after spending a week here. Everyone in our group were super impressed with the property and location. Absolutely perfect for a large group to spend time in Rincon. Hosts were quick tor respond to any questions and issues and had plenty to offer for suggestions. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Best property rental experience I’ve had in a long time.

The house was exactly as pictured—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group. We had 15 people with us, a mix of family and friends ranging in age from 21 to 64, and there was more than enough room for everyone to have both together time and privacy. The beach nearby was stunning—quiet, private, and with an incredible view. We loved how convenient everything was, with plenty of great restaurants close by and a grocery store nearby for all our meals. The host was fantastic, with excellent communication from start to finish, which made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient spot in a great location.

Just Right

My family and rented this property for a vacation and it was everything we could imagine. We did have a couple issues, but were able to contact the property manager and had everything resolved in a timely manner. The location is great with beach, restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife all close. The setup is great to be with family and try still have you own time when needed. Overall a great time and experience.

Outstanding Rental!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this home. Absolutely perfect for a large group of couples. Everything in the homes was the best quality, and everything you would ever want is provided. Perfectly located close to beaches, restaurants, Stores, and town. Owners and others staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again! Pictures do not so justice! Every room is gorgeous and all the beds are super comfortable!

Great experience!

From the beginning when we were scoping out properties, the communications with Vincent were timely, cordial and informative. Directions and arrival instructions were precise. Accommodations were impeccably clean and smartly furnished/stocked. The family loved the pool waterfall feature. Location is excellent with the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. all in walking distance.

A Perfect Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Bonita on a family vacation with our adult children, their spouses and our granddaughter. In addition to enjoying the nearby beaches, restaurants and sights, we loved spending time together at the property eating, swimming and playing games together in the common room well into the night. And with the arrangement of the units, each family was able to have a little privacy away from the activity when desired. The hosts and their representatives were very helpful and provided many suggestions on what to do in the area. It was a wonderful time to be with my whole family, made more wonderful by the excellent accommodations.

Return to the Island-Rivera Family Vacation

We have not been to the island in over 30 years. We could not have picked a better location! The home was absolutely fantastic! It was more than we imagined. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Robert, the property manager, was very personable. The owner, Vincent was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We as a family felt this was our best vacation to date. We will definitely love to return.

Great house!

Location location location! Best house in Rincon. Close to downtown Rincon.A lot of places to eat nearby and felt very safe. 2 min walk to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. I booked this house for my birthday and definitely enjoyed my stay with 14 of my family members and 2 toddlers. Pool was clean and big enough to enjoy. Vincent was very communicative and attentive to all our request. Casa Bonitas was equipped with everything you may need for your stay. I highly recommend.

Whether you want to catch some waves, relax by the water, or explore local restaurants and shops, everything is easily accessible.My group of 10 were super comfortable.
