Pelican Walk 401 - BEACH Front PET FRIENDLY 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath corner unit condo! Unit 401 comes with FREE Beach Chair and Umbrella service seasonally March through October! This updated condo is perfect for families with fur-babies! The living area and dining areas offer lovely beach and Gulf views. The Gulf Front wrap-around balcony is the perfect spot to watch kids play in the east side pool or sit and relax! Pelican Walk 401 has a king bed in the master bedroom and features an adjoining Master Bath with Tub & Shower combo. The the second bedroom has a king bed and bedroom # 3 has two full size beds.

The Kitchen is fully equipped, linens are provided, and there is a washer & dryer in the condo! Dining out? Just across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle house, Jessie's Southern Diner, and Marcus Pizza! Most uniquely, PCB's local hot spots, Schooners, Capt. Jack's Crab Leg's Buffet, and Captain Anderson's are all just 1-2 miles away. Pelican Walk's location is convenient to Family, Fun, fishing, mini-golf, race-cars, etc.!

Pelican Walk is located BEACH on the GULF of Mexico! Guest have access to two private pools, an outdoor grilling area, FREE Wifi, FREE parking, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, racquetball, a unique hot tub atrium, and more.

Pelican Walk 401 is PET FRIENDLY allowing you to bring you FURRY family member on vacation! There is a two-dog maximum per condo and a 20lb limit per dog. There is also a $150 non-refundable pet fee for each pet.

Thomas Drive and Pier Park are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Frank Brown Park. Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center and WonderWorks are also worth visiting. Great location but not the best condo

Pelican Walk #401

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was ok. Beautiful pictures. Needed more pots and pans. All the walls needed painting. Sheetrock work that was done prior to our visit was not painted over. You really can’t see but a piece of the ocean from our balcony. The small 1st bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and mold around the top of the shower wall. The room overall was good. It served its purpose. It accommodated my family. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked amazing. I would stay at Pelicans Walk again but I would stay in the center of the building so I could see all the ocean. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Very spacious Room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I doubt any vacation can ever be 100% as expected but staying at PW was as close to it as any vacation we've ever been on. Staff was always quick to respond to any needs. We will definitely be back!
