Cabin and log house living close to center city with nature, green pasture feels like mountain living. Sleeps 10+ people with plenty of common space, dining area, breakfast, living, game room, basement, high ceiling and foyer. Privacy and away from hustle and bustle of city.

Family wedding

The house was perfect for our needs. We were visiting the area for family wedding and needed a large house for us (8 adults plus infant). The checkin was very easy and house was just like the pictures. Communications with owners was very quick and they allowed us late check out. The beds were harder than our normal sleeping conditions and there was limited abilities to keep the basement bedroom area warm but otherwise a great visit. Definitely recommend for large group gatherings and central location within the Charlotte area.

Private, Spacious, Perfect

This is one of the best rentals I have possibly ever stayed at. I cannot even begin to describe how perfect this home is. Its extremely spacious and very accommodating. I had family come from all across the US and they were very very impressed. The privacy was so perfect yet its located so close to everything. This is definitely going to be a recommended spot for any family or friends coming into this area to visit.

Excellent Property for the Family

We wanted a property for a mini-family reunion of our 3 adult children, their spouses, and our 2 grandchildren, as we were all able to conveniently meet here in Charlotte for a few days. This was a perfect home with comfortable living spaces, a well stocked kitchen, entertainment amenities, plenty of outdoor play area, and a convenient location. The property manager was very accessible and responsive to our questions and needs. Would highly recommend this property as a quiet get-away, but not far from the active commercial area of "Birkdale Village".

Wanted to provide experience for guest with farm house living overseeing 10+ acers of parcel in front and back of the house and surrounded by woods, wild life(deer's), cows, horses, etc. Individual can experience the farm living with in the close proximity to center city Charlotte.

Convenient to connect to North Lake Mall in less than 5 minutes and close to interstate I-85, I-77 and I-485 to get to Lake Norman, Mountain Island Lake, historical Latta Plantation ,horse stables, and Huntersville under the rural setting.

Log home with plenty of space for 10 + guests for both indoor and out door activities.
