Dear JoAnn, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that everyone enjoyed the trip and that there was ample space for everyone. We apologize for the inconvenience with the water, TV, outlets, and coffee maker. After troubleshooting with another guest in your party, we discovered the fuse box was tripped which caused the issue with the outlets/TV. While water pressure hasn't been an issue previously, simultaneous shower usage may impact it. We've replaced the coffee maker based on your feedback. I’m glad the setup and location worked well for your family, and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Regarding the heat, I wanted to clarify that the system was functioning well, but the thermostat had been set to AC instead of heat. Our handyman went over the very next morning to switch the mode to heat and everything worked as intended. I truly appreciate your patience, and I’m sorry for the discomfort you experienced that night. As for the remotes and cleaning, I’ve brought these concerns to our team to ensure they’re addressed promptly. Batteries will be double-checked before every stay moving forward, and we have just completed a 3 day deep clean to meet the high standards we strive for. We will be scheduling more frequent deep cleanings going forward. We value your feedback and take it to heart to improve for future guests. I’m glad you had a good weekend overall, but I'm sorry that your experience wasn’t seamless.
