The rooms were clean I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tubs, the views beautiful we did try walking up those steep hills very challenging but a good workout, there was no outdoor our pool was indoor which was awesome for the kids, just wished it was heated. The host answered all questions that I asked. I was glad for the quick response.

This is a good space. Clean. There are two refrigerators, which is nice. It would be better if they were on the same floor but there probably isn't space for that. The theatre space is great, huge screen & plenty of seats. The bedrooms are good; beds are comfortable. Bathrooms could use more towel racks. The location is great. It's close to everything but far enough off the main strip that it feels secluded. Having an indoor heated pool and access to a hot tub are both very nice. We would stay here again.

Overall the cleanliness of the place was good, but there were complaints about the pool area - with the area around the pool feeling dirty on bare feet and the covers on the air vents were gross. All easily fixable.The kitchen has a hodgepodge of supplies, but manageable. We had a rainy stay and this was a great place for that to happen. Lots of things for the kids to do to keep everyone entertained and not on top of each other.

Thank you for the information. Keep in mind, the area around the pool must have a special nonskid grit to avoid falls and since the pool area just got renovated, that may be what you were feeling. I’ll send along the concern of the grates to maintenance to either replace or get cleaned. Splash Buck Cinema is a very large cabin with a lot of amenities to keep everyone occupied and happy. I’m so glad you had a great time and we will see you again next year! :D

Place was great for 4 families with 11 kids! It was clean and easy to rent. We had a great time. It would be nice to have some more silverware and kitchen pans. Possibly more rugs for the bathrooms. But it was a lot of fun and the kitchen table we great for games!!! Thank you!!

The host was great easy to work with. All we needed was a couple more forks there was 17 of us and was always short 2 forks. It was clean plenty of space and beds we enjoyed our stay and already thinking about booking next year.
