The ocean is less than five miles away from this centrally-located home close to both Rehoboth and Lewes beaches. To help you prepare for your days on the shore the hospitable homeowners even provide a boogie board, sand toys, and an umbrella. For some swimming fun even closer, make your way to the community pool right outside the building.

After a day in the sun, you may want some shade, so head home to lounge on your furnished, screened balcony. This is a great place to chat with your friends while sipping a cocktail and looking out onto the tranquil pond and pool views. Both bedrooms and the living area have wall-mounted flatscreen smart TVs when you're ready to unwind in the comfort of the central AC.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
