We had a wonderful stay. Rachel was very communicative and responded quickly to questions. The house was clean and very well stocked. The view and sound of the ocean was beautiful even being a couple houses back from beachfront. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is great at this beach house. Plenty of space to hang for a large extended family. Easy walk to the beach. Host is incredibly responsive. We stayed here the summer of 2025 too and hope to be back next summer!

Great views and location

This house had great views of the ocean, a wonderful layout with bedrooms, and all around great space! We also had to work some while there and the internet connection was great! also, great proximity to downtown surf city.

Week long beach trip

The house has a great layout. Its proximity to the beach was wonderful. The pantry and kitchen had all the basic pots pans and dishes.

Great property for large groups of friends and families. Clean, steps from the beach, plenty of beds and sitting areas, fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need, and plenty of beach chairs for the whole group.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Light and Sky! The house is beautiful and very well equipped. We appreciated that the pantry had a lot of basic staples because we always like to cook at the beach. We loved all the furniture on the upper deck and spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings watching the sunrise and sunset. It is very close to the beach too - really a 1 minute walk. We hope to come back again soon.

This was our second time staying at this property. It really works great for our family. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need during your stay. There is ample common space for families. The deck space and seating is great and covered. The walk to the ocean is very easy and short. This property is perfect for a beach vacation!

Beautiful property and worked great for our family and dog! A very short walk to the beach and ocean view from the porches! Even spotted dolphins from the upper porch one day!

This place was amazing. One of the most well-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed at - from kitchen needs to beach towels, extra blankets, beach toys, etc. Ample room for a large family to spread out. There was even a handful of baby/toddler items that were incredibly helpful - a gate! And a bed rail!
