Only 35 minutes from Burlington and 60 miles from Montreal. This non-smoking cottage is a complete lake house. With a new custom fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whole house AC, 3 flat screen TVs, fresh drinking water, and a cool fireplace. Enjoy the comforts of home with the peace and tranquillity of Vermont’s best sunsets!

MAGICAL!

First I have to mention the amazing Lakeside view! Whether it was rainy, sunny, indoors or outdoors... each scenario held it's own beauty! But... to experience this view while sitting by a fire pit made it... magical! We've stayed at great rentals before but this one by far topped them all. Maybe it's because it turned out to be exactly what we needed while being more than we expected! What stood out to us was the value that the hosts put into the simplicity. No overbearing decor or accents that fill the rooms/walls to the point of suffocation but rather a minimalistic approach that focused on the most comfortable and coziest of necessities combined with a spacious appeal that made what could be considered by some to be a small space actually feel suprisingly big. We loved the bright cool colors, super comfy couches, beds, pillows and blankets along with a modern style of homeliness! The cleanliness was excpetional too! From the utensiles to the toiletries to the great Wi-Fi and the streaming tv options in each room, the hosts took their time in considering what their guests could possibly need! The check in/check out process was simple and quick. Paul was informative and attentive to any of our questions. He also provided us with some great restaurant recommendations but also respected our privacy. Over all we enjoyed our stay and much needed break away from the pressures of work/city life. We are already planning our return for next year! Thank you Paul!!

Wonderful get-away

My son and I had a wonderful time in VT. The location of this property is amazing and there are no words for the sunsets. The place was perfect for the two of us and it had everything we wanted to prepare our own meals, sit outside and enjoy the weather, and even do a load of laundry or two. I really appreciated the little details that you don't often find in many places. Paul was great and his communication was always prompt. I definitely recommend a stay here!

Home was well appointed and very cozy. Location was very quit and relaxing. Really enjoyed listening to the waves lap at the shore. Had a wonderful stay.
