This house is fantastic! The kitchen is amazing and well equipped for anyone who loves to cook. Open family area has tons of room to hang and play games. This ns of space to relax, great pool! Location is perfect for beach, shopping ,restaurants etc. Robin and her team are awesome

Robin is terrific to work with, very responsive and helpful. She took care of some special needs for us and answered accurately and timely all our questions. The house is roomy, the pool and hot tub are great and the golf cart to use to go to the beach was extremely helpful.

Robin was quick to respond with any inquiry we had. The home is a perfect location as it's a short ride or walk to the beach on the same road as the house. Also it's a 10 minute walk or shorter ride to the shops and restaurants in Duck. Having the pool at the house was great for the kids and the Grandparents alike. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I have frequented this property several times and it is always a great experience! The new owners are very attentive and pleasant, the house is just as nice as ever. My family thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break here this year and look forward to next time!

Great location, walking to town and to the beach. Plenty of space for 16 of us. Robin was very easy to contact and communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Space, space and more space! This home has it all. More than enough room, extremely well appointed with anything needed from kitchen to beach supplies. Golf cart to the beach was fun and helpful to get chairs etc there. Paid the extra to heat the pool which made everything that much more fun. We were there mid May so temps only in the upper 60’s. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants in center of Duck. If this home is available book it!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everybody to stay. House was on a quiet street and easy to find. Saw everything from butterflies to deer at the house! The code provided for check in never worked and we had to find another way into the house. Communication with the host was okay, when they reached out-they had a timely response back but we never received responses to inquiries prior to arriving about amenities at the house. Not a huge deal. Golf cart access, pool, and hot tub are all a huge seller! We had a good few laughs around the table outside!

House was very well equipped and comfortable. Great location easily walkable to downtown Duck, and golf cart was a great help getting to the beach. Owners were easy to get in contact with and quick to respond.

Great location with access to town and beach. The house was great with all it's amenities and pool! Everyone had a great time, with one exception to a wasp sting from a nest under the roof of the outdoor dining/pool area!

Vacation with family and friends

The house has a great location close to town and the beach. We were a group of two families with teenagers traveling together and the house had plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our group. The new owner of the property was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous time at Ducked Out!

This was our first time in Duck and we cant wait to get back. This home was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out. The 2 stoves and dishwashers were a plus for our large group. Loved that we could easily walk into town. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy.

Great family vacation

As we live up north where it is still snowing, it was great to plan a last min vacation. Robin was great in responding to all my questions. As the ocean is cold this time of year it was great to have a heated pool. The area was wonderful and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. My family had a great week

I really loved this property! Everything about it was amazing! Short distance from the beach, via the 'walk-way'! Short distance from town! Great home and location

Near perfect location in Duck, very close to town and the beach. (Property is only one lot off Hwy 12, so the front is a little exposed, but the backyard is very private.) Home is very clean, comfortable furniture and VERY well appointed -- many thoughtful touches including charging stations on bedstands, full size beach tents for shade, golf cart, spikeball, beach chairs etc etc. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
