Across the street from Tahquitz Creek Golf Course and minutes from the shops of Ramon Road, this 3BR remodeled mid-century modern home has an extra-large lot with a new pool and western views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The new pictures will be available soon while the house is being updated and new decor is being added. Making it more cozy and interesting for our guests.
South Palm Springs location that is convenient to local golf courses, shops and restaurants.There are lots of free things to do in Palm Springs that will break your boredom without busting your budget.

Lounging by the pool is the #1 free thing to do in Palm Springs.

We had a girls weekend and it was a perfect spot for the three of us. House was spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and has a great backyard for spending time by the pool. Nice kitchen for making meals. Simple instructions for gate/house entry. Pool cleaning schedule was clear so we knew to expect someone on the property during our stay. We had a rental car and it was a fairly short drive to downtown Palm Springs and other shopping areas. Walking in the neighbourhood felt safe. Communication with the owner was great.

Cozy place & great backyard

Had an incredible three night stay. The place is very welcoming and has all the necessities. We were able to cook a few meals at home and spent a lot of time outside.

Lovely Space & Pool for Friends

Came here with a small bridal party all in our 30’s who just wanted a relaxing, calm trip. We had such a nice time here. Great location, close enough to downtown. Spacious and clean. Easy check in. We loved it.

The home was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The outdoor space really stands out, with an amazing yard and pool that made our stay extra enjoyable. It’s also wonderfully pet-friendly, and the large yard was perfect for our pup to run around and relax.A few small details could make the experience even smoother for future guests. The bathroom extractor fans seemed to stay on continuously, and while not a major issue, they were a bit noticeable in terms of sound. The hallway sensor light is quite bright at night, which might be something light sleepers want to keep in mind. When we first arrived, there was a slightly strong cleaning product scent, though it did fade.We also found the pool lighting a little tricky to figure out at first. While the information is provided in the reservation details, having a simple instruction guide inside the house would be a helpful touch.Overall, we had a great stay. The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we’d happily stay again.

Beautiful property and manager was very sweet answering all our question.

The house is perfect for a family. We stay there in a raining days and we still enjoy the pool and spa with the heater on. Neighborhood is very quiet for a relax time and no stress!!! We really love it. All the house equipment work very good.

We were here for a cheer competition. Booked it a week before and the pricing was the best I had seen for similar size house. House was very clean and modernized. The bed was very comfortable. The background is huge but it was too cold to enjoy the amenities at night. Located in a very quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful tine hanging in the pool all day! My only criticism is there were no plastic cups to bring poolside so we had to go and buy solo cups.

Great place to stay

We had a great time, overall. Lots of room to move around. Especially the back yard. So much fun to hang out and take in the sun. Nice view of the mountains. At night you can see a lot of stars. Which i enjoy looking up at night. Could have use a binder with information about the house and surrounding area. Did have to ask to get pool heated a few times. Would stay again

Beautiful Mid-Century Home

Very clean and beautiful mid-century home. It features all of the creature comforts. I did state that it had three bathrooms but it only has two. Owner very responsible and accommodating. The only downside is that the property is not particularly close to downtown Palm Springs. We would stay again.

House is incredible! Some minor things were broken (blender, a couple wall outlets inside), but nothing major.Only callout impacting my review was the landlord’s communication wasn’t great. I requested confirmation on a few items that I got no confirmation on (house information stated pool cleaner would come on certain days and they came on different days that the landlord did not confirm, no information on when yard maintenance would come and they did come). Typically, this wouldn’t matter to me but because I brought my dog that can be “hit or miss” with strangers, I wanted confirmation to know when to keep her inside. All worked out but wish communication was better.

Fun Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property for a family getaway! It was the perfect place to unwind! The property is completely gated and in a quiet neighborhood! The pool was awesome! The house has great amenities and everything was very clean! It was a great trip! We really appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog to enjoy the fun with us! One downside to the property is there is no binder for the property itself and there isn’t much info on VRBO as far as using the amenities. Most other vrbo and Other rental properties I’ve stayed at have a binder with info on checking in/checking out and how to use the amenities at the house along with when the gardener/pool guy/trash . It would have been nice to know when to expect the gardener, the pool guy, and the trash. The property is completely gated so we were surprised when they showed up as we were laying out by the pool. Aside from this minor fix, I wouldrecommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing getaway with the family!

Great pool, comfortable beds

Pool was amazing, outdoor space was amazing. Beds comfortable, tv easy to use, the gate was problematic the whole trip, the water filter beeped every time you used the refrigerator, the security alarm beeped from low battery. It’s a great layout, amazing outdoor space, but low towels and that gate. It was a problem every day. We had help the first day and subsequent days the manager would say… did you read the instructions? Well of course I did. We had to reset it multiple times. It seems the magnet is problematic Again, great layout and pool but a few challenges. Minus the gate, I would stay again! Bought some kitchen towels as the kitchen isn’t very well stocked. And not very many bath towels.

My stay

Upon arriving at the property the code for the main gate worked just fine. I followed the instruction for the parking gate in which the fobs were not where the instruction guided(on the counter top). The parking gate did not open once we loctated the fobs where someone previously had places them near the livingroom tv. I contacted the property manager in which i didnt recieve a response until the day I was scheduled to leave.. stating she'd been having issues with VRBO messaging, but i also called twice with no answer. The beds were confortable, rooms were clean. The only two issues i had was not knowing someone had the gate information and entered the property to remove the trash cans, and the cactus at the volleyball area (wierd place to place them). My children were very nervous about that stranger situation. I was aware of the pool person coming in but not so early in which was a little inconvenient due to my kids wanting to enjoy the last morning at the pool. Sucks but understood. The house location was amazing because I didn't have to worry about neighbors. Only when we arrived there was a few suspicious neighbors watching us as we had to park on the street and unload our belongings. Overall great house and very cozy. Will i stay again? Maybe. But i'll definitely refer others.
