The house was very clean, great location, plenty of fishing space on the dock and plenty of fish back there, The pool was a good size and the host was very responsive

Very nice house with a bathroom in each room. Unique layout, spent a lot of time on screened in porch. Pool was clean. Not many amenities in the house. It is dated and could use maintenance on some defects. Perfect for parking a boat right at entry to channel. Responsive hosts and easy check in and out.

The house had a great view and the pool area was nice and private. It's also just a short bike ride to Sombrero beach. Great communication.

Loved our time at Casa Tranquilo.

House was as described. Very clean with plenty of room. Rea at Coco Plum was delightful to work with. Will definitely come back next time we come to the Keys.

Great location

Nice place and reasonably priced. I would not use ice from the ice maker it is way outdated and had a perfume taste to it. We enjoyed our stay.

First time in Marathon

It was easy to find and the place was great. Easy to get into the house, it was close to the store and the beach. You could bike ride or walk in the morning and it was well lite for an evening walk, too. If we go again would love to stay in the same neighborhood or area.

The pool was nice to have and the dock was really cute! The tiles were falling off the pool though and you can tell it was worn down. The outside chair broke when my 5 year old sat on it and when it broke you could see all the rust from it. The outside fan was very dirty and the carpets were all stained. I feel like the house was spacious and over all great location but the cleanliness of the house was terrible. It would cost a few hundred to replace the stained carpets… also there were tiles missing in the bathroom shower which could cause mold. The first day my son stepped on a broken piece of pottery that made his toe bleed…I wish they cared more about the presentation of the home. I am in real estate so I understand investments. This one Is just poorly taken care of. It could be a GEM if there was more effort put into it. Overall, location was great it’s just poorly maintained.
