The property was clean and exactly what we expected. It's in the center of all the Keys and is a short walk from Sombrero Beach which makes it the perfect location. While nothing the host can prevent, there is home construction taking place across the canal which makes it a little noisy next to the pool, but we put our ear buds in and were able to drown it out. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely house in a quiet area, even with High School across the road. Easy access to everything Marathon had to offer.Pool had shade in the morning and late afternoon: perfect for us!

The house was clean and there were may wonderful seating areas to enjoy the outside. The pool was terrific and we made use of the bicycles and the kayaks.

Great location

Highly recommend this property. Great location, plenty to do - pool, bikes, kayaks, and short walk to beach. Hope to get back again one day.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and close to the beach. The kids loved getting in the pool every evening. We rented a boat and kept it in back by the dock. The cleaning station back there came in handy. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Great stay

Our family had a wonderful stay. We trailed our 30’ boat down and there was plenty of room at the dock. The house was very well kept and everything was updated.

Excellent Stay in Marathon

Really nice property exactly as advertised. We had issues with the kettle and dishwasher (these things happen) and the owner ordered and fitted new ones within a day - thank you. Nothing I can fault with the property or the stay.

Everything was very clean, location was perfect

I loved it, clean and spotless! Would definitely stay again! There are just a couple things to mention, the pool vacuum was not working, maybe not so many air fresheners throughout the house, the scent was a little overwhelming.

We had a great stay at this lovely property

House was immaculate and beds and living room very comfy. Lots of great outdoor seating. Swimming pool was clean and water warm. Setting and location were great. My only negative feedback is that some basic amenities like soap in the shower and salt/pepper in the kitchen were not provided and kitchen was missing items such as serving bowls and platters. Nevertheless we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

STOP LOOKING I PROMISE YOU HAVE FOUND THE GEM OF MARATHON FLORIDA!!

First off I NEVER EVER leave reviews!! I could go on for weeks on how perfect this home was for my family!! First off it is located 4 minutes from Publix and minutes from the beach. The boat dock directly in back made it super easy for the family to hop on and goooo! The pool...well OMG the heated pool was PERFECT! How amazing it was to come home off the boat and jump in the pool!! Could not have done it without the pool. The lighting around the pool and inside the pool made it so chill and tropical. The backyard and pool area made it perfect for my WEDDING CERMONY. Family and guest gathered comfortably to watch me get married . It could not have been more perfect!! The host of this house didn't skip a beat or forget a thing setting this vacation house up for us to enjoy. From the gas grill downstairs, the bikes to enjoy around the area, to the 70" tv upstairs, we had it all. Upstairs we hosted our dinner party for the wedding with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Full kitchen amenities for a private chef to prepare food for my guest. Full size appliances even a dish washer! The dishes were enough to set 8 guest. Even the blinds in the house were awesome. We were able to open and close with ease, which made it nice for when the sun came out and in full swing. The decor was SPOT ON with our likings. Soft beach vibe, comfy furniture, and they even added soft neon lighting to set the vibe. My kids really liked that!! . One room has bunk beds that actually slept adults comfortably. The master room has a huge comfy bed and also has two huge closets!! It even has a twin trundle bed for your needs and they also include a topper for more comfort ( which was not needed). They stock you with plenty of extra bedding for your guest. The living room couch pulls out and sleeps two guest with plenty room for one more!! This house comes with a full size washer and dryer which is a must. The vacuum came in handy as well. The covered parking was very nice it kept our cars cool all day long!! Two rooms have big tv's to watch In the evening. I was not paid or comp. for this advertisement I speak from the heart when I say from the beginning to the end this hosts answered every question within minutes of our call or text. They made our experience so enjoyable we never wanted to leave. This host did not short change in making sure this property was not only fully equipped but done tastefully. Nothing in the house down to the bed sheets was cheap.

We had an amazing stay at this home- the house is gorgeous. When we arrived it was spotless. The house came with everything we needed and more. We loved the bikes and our kids especially enjoyed the kayaks. The location was perfect and convenient. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and bait shops as well as the beach. The pool was beautiful and perfect after days spent fishing on the boat. So nice to have a dock right at the house. The owner was very responsive. We would 100% stay here again.
