This house was everything I hoped for and more! Not only was the owner kind and easy to communicate with, but she was also flexible and the house was beautiful and spacious. We stayed here for my wedding, and I’m hoping to come back and stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

Ann was super accommodating and friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with a wide variety of flatware, utensils pots and pans. Plenty of room to hang out in. The only suggestion is it was not stocked with extra toilet paper or paper towels.

We had two families staying: 4 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space for all of us and the location was great, as we could easily walk into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Anne was an exceptional host. It was such a beautiful home perfect for people from 11 months to 89 years old. We had an excellent family vacation. We couldn’t ask for more beautiful views close to town all the amenities we could possibly need. We will definitely be back.

Great Location for a family reunion!

Eight adults stayed in this very conveniently located building. We were able to easily walk anywhere in downtown Lake Placid, even though we were away from the busy-ness of Main Street. Ann, our host, was very responsive and thoughtful.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the ski chalet. There were two families in our party, with 4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for all to be comfortable. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the town and a quick 15 minute drive to Whiteface. Ann was great to work with - very kind and a pleasure to work with!!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebrating together in this beautiful home in Lake Placid! Everyone we interacted with was friendly, responsive and helpful. The Christmas tree in the house was a beautiful touch. We are all looking forward to coming back!

Perfect weekend at a perfect house!

We had an amazing time at Ann’s house. The house was in an ideal location and had beautiful views. Ann was super responsive anytime we reached out with questions. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

We rented this property for a girls trip and had the best time. The home was absolutely stunning. A beautiful large covered outdoor porch overlooking Mirror lake was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine before a walk just down the street to the main area. If you have a larger group and are looking for a comfortable space to stay with the convenience of walking right down the street to all shops and restaurants, this is perfect!

Excellent accommodations

This home has all the vacation needs met. The house has cozy beds, comfy clean couches and brand new modern bathrooms. A kitchen capable to cook up anything you might want. And the coziest gas fireplace I have ever experienced. Town and the mirror lake walking path basically 100 ft from the house makes this home an ideal location.

Perfect house for groups

This house was beautiful, big, and such a prime location. I was there with 11 other people and the house suited our needs and some! Along with the customer service it couldn’t have gotten any better!

Fireworks over Mirror Lake

This was our second summer staying in this home. The house itself is very comfortable and roomy. The location is great. Walking distance to the lakes as well as town. The view from the deck is beautiful and this year we had the spectacular view of July 4th fireworks.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property. The location was excellent with beautiful views of Mirror Lake, the beds were very comfortable, and the house itself was spacious and well-suited for our 8-person group. We especially appreciated the hot tub and cozy gas fireplace, which were perfect during an extremely cold winter weekend.The only minor caveat was that while the property manager was prompt and responsive, communication wasn’t always clear, and a few questions we had were met a little defensively.That said, we truly enjoyed our time in Lake Placid and at this home!

Perfect house for a girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! 10 of my friends and I We were in town for an event at the Olympic Arena and this house was the perfect place to stay. Main street is right at the end of the street and you have everything you need there. Ann was wonderful at check in and the whole process was very easy. We all loved this house and would love to stay here again!
