Great host. Very clean. You would never know it was a place that allowed dogs., which we were very thankful for. Great neighborhood to walk dogs. Nice location in North Ocean City next to Fenwick. Not too crowded. Enjoyed our stay.

Had an amazing week at the Blue House! It's in a great neighborhood (quiet, walking friendly), super close to the beach (just a few blocks away), and dog friendly (my pup had a blast). Will definitely be booking again.

We had the BEST TRIP EVER at Neil’s blue beach house. The location was incredible and central to both Delaware and Maryland activities. A short walk past a pirate ship, and the beach awaits! The house is also right off the canals and we rented a pontoon for the day, such fun! All of the restaurants nearby were incredible (Shoutout to Matt’s Fish Camp!!) and super accommodating for kiddos with players and sand at your feet. The house itself was perfectly comfortable and charming, and best of all, nice and cool from the hot summer heat! The kitchen is modern and functional with lots of thoughtful details provided by the hosts. Being able to bring our wiener dogs was an added bonus too, and they loved the ramp out back and fully fenced in yard. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet, with nicely paved sidewalks everywhere you want to go! Neil sent us some surprise donuts one morning and my gosh, DELICIOUS!! Don’t forget to check out Telescopes and take home some retro fun keepsakes. We could not recommend this host or house any more, just book today!! Thank you so much Blue Beach House!!!

Our stay was wonderful! All the necessities were provided and there was even a tesla charger for my friends car! We loved the home, super cozy. Will be booking again!

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and Neil is very welcoming. He went above and beyond for our stay. Our dog had a good time too. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at the Blue Beach House. We will absolutely be back again!

Do yourself and book this house! Quick three night escape from the DC grind and this place was exactly what we needed. The walk to the beach is an easy six minutes, the neighborhood is quiet, and the backyard fire pit became our spot every night. Loved the coffee bar in the mornings, the bikes, and how easy everything was. Our dog had a blast in the fully fenced yard. Beds were comfy and the blackout shades meant we actually slept in. Check in was seamless, and Neil and Elizabeth checked in on us and were available whenever we had a question. We came to unplug and reset, and the Blue House delivered. Already planning our next trip back.

Rooms were clean, lots of towels and soap shampoo etc were provided. Felt at home. Respected our privacy. There was an ease in communication. Felt welcome. Provided good ideas for dinner reservations. Beach and bay are less than a 10 minute walk. Grocery is a 5 minute drive.

Great place and outstanding host!

Truly enjoyed our visit over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was perfect for our family and dogs. Our host Neil was simply the best VRBO host that we have ever had!

Beautiful house! Super spacious! We loved the house! It was comfortable and cozy. Not only was the house excellent, Neil was so helpful and always checked in on us if we needed anything! I had some issues booking the house (entirely my fault) and Neil was so patient and helped me as much as he can with no complaint! We 100% recommend this home and we will definitely be staying here again!

Quiet neighborhood walking distance to beach/shopping/restaurants

Great property for multiple guests with comfortable layout and nicely furnished kitchen/dining/living room. Lots of amenities to help save on packing. Very dog friendly, too!

Great host and house

Our stay from arrival until departure was perfect. Everything was convenient and clean and the host ensured us if we had any issues he would fix them but we had none. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and Home

We stayed at the Blue House for the first time the week of Memorial Day week to visit family in the area. It was a great location - nice neighborhood for walking, biking and just a few blocks from the beach. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

Lovely week at the beach.

Our family loved our stay in OCMD. The property lived up to our expectations and was true to the VRBO listing. Neil and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun.

Excellent location, centrally located near restaurants, shopping facilities, and the beach.The house was a cozy cottage filled with fun games and activities. The fenced in backyard was convenient for both the dogs and children. The ping pong table and bicycles were a plus!The Hosts, Neil and Elizabeth, were accommodating and generous— offering us a later check out. The neighborhood Christmas decorations were festive—We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at the BlueHouse. Neil was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us comfortable. The home is just as depicted and filled with lots of little extras. Would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely stay at the Blue Beach House! The hosts could not have been more helpful or welcoming! The house has everything you could need and the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in at the shore! Looking forward to another visit!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home, great stay!!! If you are looking for a beautiful rental close to the beach this is it!! Very attentive & caring owners. Neil made us feel like this was our own home for the week! Definitely 5 stars and we will be staying again!!!
