From the minute you walk into this charming seaside retreat, you are immediately greeted with quintessential Beach house in Historic and iconic Seaside Heights! This charming ranch features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths along with updated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms! The Backyard is your very own paradise, with a tiki bar, paver patio, outdoor shower and seating for entertaining and more. Home is only 1.5 blocks from the beach, and all Seaside Heights has to offer!

Note: This home is ideal for families. No party of of any kind. There are security cameras along the outside of the home covering all sides and entry points for your safety and protection.

House was very nice, deceiving from the outside. A lot more space than expected!! The host was extremely helpful and attentive. I would recommend this property to a friend!

Great location and amazing space

This home is even better than the pictures! We had everything we needed for our stay and it was so great having an outdoor shower and grill for the holiday weekend. The house is close enough to the boardwalk that it’s only a 5 minute walk but far enough at the end that it was very quiet even on a busy holiday weekend.

The property was better than advertised. Great host who was very responsive to our needs ( which were very few since she provided everything as promised) make sure you remember to bring your vacation attitude because once you’re at the Shirl the Pearl beach house you will never want to leave!

Weekend Stay

We had a short weekend stay here in this really cozy and comfortable beach house over the late winter for my son’s tournament in Tom’s River. Aside from some challenges with the door code and alarm system, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful and we would absolutely stay here again!

All was fine except we had to bring our own bed sheets. Everything else for the beds (pillows and comforters) are provided though.

Fun with Friends

Our groups of two moms and four kids had a blast in Seaside. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Convenient walk to everything and great space to hang out with after a day at the beach. Having two bathrooms was amazing too. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Great spot!

Met my sons & one of foe Thanksgiving holiday . We each had our own rooms , which because of location were very prove which was nice . Perfect for our group

Two families fit perfectly into this house that has a patio out back with bbq and lots of seating. Easy walk to the beach. Great communication with the manager.

Perfect Location

The house was amazing - had everything we needed as well as a perfect location. It was just far enough away from all of the craziness of the boardwalk, but everything was just a short walk away. The fenced in yard was great - especially with the grandchildren with us. Working with the owner was easy and seamless. We would definitively recommend this location.

Perfect house, perfect trip

We were a party of 2 adults and 3 older kids and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The layout enabled the adults to have a little distance from the kids when we wanted some! Really lovely yard with a bar (!) and comfy furniture for lounging. Walkable to the beach. Couldn't ask for more. We look forward to returning in warm weather.

Beach House

My family and I stayed 2 nights and 3 days and we had the most amazing time. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and we just kept saying “it has great vibes”. The layout was perfect for us because it gave both families a little privacy with the way the rooms were layed out. We also loved sitting out back at night. All in all it was perfect for us and we plan on coming back next year :)

We loved this pretty little house! Although it’s much bigger than it appears. Plenty of room to spread out and super comfy. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the backyard. We’ll just have to go back!

Best little getaway!

The home was cozy, welcoming and the neighborhood was friendly. The privacy in the back yard was a plus and we really enjoyed the separation that the home allowed us with our children. Our littles were close to the Master while our older two had their own little space on a lower level. Cooking was simple as everything we needed to prepare dinner was provided. All in all, I would return to this property next time we stay in NJ!
