The dust could have been from the recent painting, sometimes it just takes a couple cleanings to get all the drywall dust up. Thank your for your feedback Angela. We never like to hear that a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. The exposed wire you are referring to is an internet conduit pipe that has exposed itself from the winds. It is along the fence and not a trip hazard. We will certainly contact the provider to see if there is anything needed to be done with it. The home is on a mandatory pest control program and treated regularly. Per your request, we sent the pest control company out immediately for an extra treament when you reported an indigenous palmetto bug. Our records indicate that our maintenance also came immediately to take care of the maintenance issues you reported. The siding is scheduled for repair! The community pools are maintained by the HOA. We contacted the HOA to make sure there was no issues and they confirmed no injuries or concerns have been reported. We are pleased to hear that you enoyed the wonderful location.
