Welcome to The Turtle’s Nest! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the St. Regis resort has everything you’ll need! This condo has been fully renovated and decorated with a coastal charm feel. This is a perfect condo to sit on the balcony and enjoy direct views of the ocean. This condo has a new refresh, including tile throughout the whole condo.

Resort amenities include:

- A large ocean side pool
- 7th floor restaurant and bar*
- 1st floor gym and sauna
- Ice cream shop*
- Family fun room equipped with arcade games*
- Grill and picnic areas
- Playground
- Bocce ball court
- Pickleball court
- Garden sitting area
- Weekly live music at the pool during peak season**
- Access to luggage carts
- Minutes to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in Sneads Ferry or Surf City.

All amenities, including easy ocean access, via stairs or ramp, are steps away.

Amenities within the condo include:
- Convenient elevator access
- All new stainless-steel appliances
- All new washer and dryer
- Brand new Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms
- Spectrum cable and internet
- DVD Player and selection of movies in the living room
- All new mattresses in each bedroom, even the sleeper sofa!
- Ceiling fans in the primary and queen bedrooms, extra portable fans avail
- Sound bar with Airplay and Bluetooth capabilities
- Custom wet bar
- TWO balconies, each bedroom has direct access to a balcony with unobstructed ocean or pool views!
- A “Remote work” desk equipped with hard-wire connection to the internet (While we hope you do not need to use this, it is available!)
- New chairs and tables on each balcony
- Storage closet access for beach chairs and a beach cart!

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- a dish towel and washcloth

- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom

A separate security deposit for $450 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

The Turtle's Nest is beautiful, clean, comfy, and the view was amazing!! The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and seamless as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Topsail Beach and hope to return there soon :)

Family beach fun

We stayed at this beautiful property this past week, we had a great time. The condo was clean and newly remodeled, beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was small but very nice, I would definitely recommend some smaller kid cups, as there were only large cups and glasses. Also, the only other issue was there is no pantry for food and snacks if your planning on doing a lot of cooking. The only reason I give low stars for communication is Betsy text me the day of check in about 1 hour before we were scheduled to check in, to see if we were checking in that day? I responded yea we were on the way for our 2pm check in and she stated the place had not been cleaned yet? We were very disappointed as my daughter and grandkids were already there waiting, they had gone to the beach earlier that day since they only live about an hour away. The cleaners did not get there until after 3pm so it was 5:30 before they were done, we checked in at 6pm. Betsy never checked to see if everything was ok, or really apologize for the inconvenience, she did offer a 50 dollar refund from cleaning fees which was nice but when we checked out I asked if we could check out at 10:30 or 11 am instead of 10 and she said no, because the cleaners would be coming for the next guest? Really, the cleaners came at 3:30 for us and we’re done in 2 hours. With that said, she never even asked how our stay was, she lacked customer service skills.

Great place

This was our first time at Topsail Island. The turtle nest was a great place to welcome us. The condo is updated with great amenities, clean and easily accessible to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for a great first trip to Topsail!
