The house and amenities were amazing. Beds were very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Hostā€™s communication throughout the process was excellent. We were in Jacksonville for an event and would love to stay here next year again if we go to the same event.

A relaxing week in a well stocked home

We loved our stay at your home! The home clean and fully stocked to make everything you might need even a pack and play for our youngest! The backyard was a dream for the kids ( zero entry), workout area for the adults , cold plunge and even a sauna ! There was even a game room in the garage which was so nice on the rainy days we experienced.

Beautiful property nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Impressed with the cleanliness, layout, and decor. Easy check-in and check-out, and prompt, helpful communication. Pool was amazing! 10/10 would stay here again and recommend!

Jax Beach

Wonderful celebration of birthdays. Kids and adults had a great time in the beautiful pool. Walking distance to the beach and great coffee. Restaurants,grocery stores and shopping close by.

Great home for large group

The home was perfect for our large group and considering the beaches were closed one of the days of our visit, the pool came in very handy. In addition, we loved that the pool was heated and treated with a salt filter. We would definitely rent this home again.

Best house!

This house was beautiful. Extremely clean, well stocked, great layout. Beds were very comfy. Neighborhood was quiet, great walking the dog around. Convenient location to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Loved this house. Will definitely book this property again!

Excellent stay

My grands were in from California and we found this perfect property to all be together. We spent hours enjoying the pool and the provided wagon made our beach outings easy. The kitchen was roomy enough for creating our meals without being on top of each other. We enjoyed grilling, having a low country boil and other great meals. Thanks!!

Nice House for a weekend "Stay-cation"

The house is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very easily accessible and pleasant to work with. The pool is heated and the grandchildren spent a lot of time swimming, despite the cooler and raining weather. The kitchen is large and stocked with just about everything needed to prepare nice family meals (this is coming from my wife and I -- both professional chefs and owners of a Catering Business in Jacksonville). I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice getaway "Staycation" or to an out of towner looking for a nice family vacation house.

A truly wonderful place to stay!

We stayed at this lovely, spacious home, needing a place near Atlantic Beach for a family reunion. It was perfect for the 7 of us! Itā€™s location was close to the beach, beautiful new park that was loved by my 2 year old granddaughter , and stores and restaurants. We stayed a week and every day was perfect. Between the pool, beach, play area with the playhouse, and game room, everyone was always busy and well entertained. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and even the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and shampoo, soap, etc. Our hosts were highly responsive to our questions but never intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

Top Notch!

I could write a dissertation about this property and the correct way to run a vacation rental but Iā€™ll try to limit my praise. Absolutely everything from communication to checking in, accommodation and checking out was flawless. Every conceivable necessity was thought of. I vacationed with my teen godchildren and the pool was a hit! Immaculate, well maintained pool and property. I couldnā€™t figure out the grill and Mike was very responsive and saved the day. I travel worldwide and I never leave reviews but I had to take the time to commend and recommend this place. Thanks for an excellent stay! I will positively return

JAX beach vacation house

Overall the property and amenities were very good. The house was well equipped for beach activities and basic household supplies. The open concept of the living space was ideal for a group of our size (8). The pool wasn't heated when we arrived but that issue was corrected quickly when we reported it. The pool was a feature enjoyed by all. Kitchen with spacious counter was appreciated. Gas stovetop needs checking for problem with knob control of flame. We suggest that the ring toss game in the garage be replaced due to sensitivity of the image.

Upscale beach living

Overall the house was clean, nicely furnished, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was pretty quiet at night. The king size mattress in the huge master BR was firm and very comfortable. The kitchen was large, modern, and well-equipped. The number of stairs to the 3rd floor master BR was a bit daunting, and there are also stairs from the main living area to the pool. The pool was a decent size and reasonably warm, not entirely private; there really should be handrails to help get in and out. The motorized awning over the patio outside the living area wasn't working, which was disappointing. The seemingly short distance to the beach is complicated by the need to cross a very busy multi-lane road. Mike was a great communicator and always ready to fix issues (broken hairdryer, light bulb, etc.).

We loved this property. We have a fairly athletic family who enjoyed all of the toys, outback, such as the sauna and cold plunge as well as the weights. We had a couple of minor problems upon check-in and the host was extremely responsive. They even sent someone on a Sunday for a minor repair. One note to future guests is that thereā€™s not a lot of shade in the back yard. We were excited about the cabana, but it was explained to us that they had to take it down because of ordinances so the pictures donā€™t quite match up with the experience. But that was a minor inconvenience. Itā€™s a quick three minute drive to the free parking on the beach with the bathrooms. Walking to the beach at closer spots was not desirable to me. All in all this was one of our more favorite vacation spots.
