We loved our stay at Dawn’s place. She was very flexible and gave us all the info needed for a smooth check in and check out. The house was cozy, with some thoughtful touches like makeup towels and blankets at the end of the couch for everyone.The area is amazing and we hope to return as we didn’t get to use the fire pit due to the weather and would love to have more time to explore little Compton and tiverton. We highly recommend this home as a cozy place to stay, with great proximity to the beach, downtown area and plenty of charming farm stands.

Great place for a family vacation!Large yard for kids to play in and explore, nice fire pit, comfortable and peaceful deck for sunning and relaxing, convenient to beach and close to general store that has everything.

This was honestly one of the best rental properties that my family and I have ever stayed in. It’s the perfect combination of rustic Beach House with updated features. A wonderful amount of space in a clean well-maintained house. And I can’t say enough about the piece of land that it’s on. Our kids spent so much time running around the yard, and we loved making fires in the fire pit, looking out onto the beautiful native meadow. Super close to the beach and to downtown Little Compton. A truly wonderful stay.

Beautiful grounds with wide open spaces for kids to play. The house is comfortable, withcomfortable bedding and room for eight adults. Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower. Heaven! There’s also a claw foot tub for soaking. Bring paper goods, as there is no dishwasher. But other than that, everything is there. Lovely, relaxing week , only one mile from the beach.

I consider myself to have high standard when it comes to cleaning, and this place was impeccable! Every detail thought out, everything provided easily and clear! BEAUTIFUL property, cherry blossom tree was in full bloom which led to even more of a magical feel. So great. Thank you for letting us stay!:)

My book club (7 girls) spent a very rainy Memorial Day Weekend at this property and despite the awful weather, we had the best time! This home was so cozy and clean and the perfect location for exploring Sakonnet Vineyard, Four Corners in Tiverton, and Bristol. We spent a lot of time indoors doing crafts, having meals together, and playing games :) We would absolutely stay again (and hope for a beach day next time)!

Perfect beach house, beautiful land

Dawn’s place was perfect. The house was clean, beautiful and in great condition. The grounds were stunning, peaceful and relaxing. Dawn was a warm and welcoming host and super responsive. We will definitely be back!

Destination wedding stay

We had a friends wedding in Little Compton, so 6 of us travelled from Australia and 2 from Canada. It was a great weekend away and the house was super close to the wedding venue and winery (for welcome drinks). Cute little town to pop into and pick up some souvenirs and an amazing cheese place!The property was spacious and had everything we needed. Would be lovely to stay again during some warmer weather as there were lots of beach chairs and outdoor spaces to be used.Thanks for an amazing stay!

Everything was excellent! The house and property were beautiful and I appreciated all of the native plantings. The only downside (this was my bad) was that we stayed there for the weekend to attend a wedding in Newport and it was further from Newport than I thought (about a 50 min drive). But, that's on me - should have check that before I booked. Would stay again - gorgeous property!

Little slice of Heaven

From the cozy beds to the beautiful decor this listing has it all! The owners have thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay and then some. The most amazing yard and wildlife with an outdoor shower to die for! I would give this listing 100 stars if I could! Anyone who books here will not be disappointed!

Quiet getaway

The communication with Dawn prior to arriving was superb and pleasant, she’s a very accommodating hostess. The house is adorable, clean and well decorated great ambience to spend time with the family! The grounds are well kept and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Easy walk to the beach and fabulous area to explore. Highly recommend!
