Great location for visiting downtown Annapolis! The house had everything we needed including a Keurig AND a traditional coffee pot. We loved the front porch and back patio.

A great home base

Greatly appreciated the king size bed, strong water pressure in the shower, convenient laundry and peaceful back yard. If you plan to use the sofa bed, be sure to request the sheets for it.

We had a fabulous Fourth of July in Naptown! This is a great property in a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The living areas are comfortable. The basement has a washer and dryer. You are less than one block off of Main Street and a few blocks from the city dock, USNA, the State House, and Eastport. Definitely book.

We loved our stay! The location was so convenient and within walking distance of everything. The home was well-appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Annapolis and the Bay

Really enjoyed the walkability if the town, the history, the architecture, and the Naval Academy. Close proximity to D.C. and Georgetown for day trips!

Great Stay

Great place

This is a sweet wonderful place to enjoy Annapolis. Well appointed and amazing location. I stayed here with my 2 sons and enjoyed time together and enough space for everyone to have their own time. Great 4th holiday.

Great location!

We loved our stay st the Carriage House. We were steps away from all of the great restaurants and shops of City Dock. The home is beautiful, very clean and reflected the charm of a colonial with updated kitchen and bathrooms!

Awesome felt like home

Excellent, convenient to Naval Academy and lovely shops and restaurants. Only missing was extra useful bathroom.

Great location

If you want to wander downtown to shops and restaurants and bars, this is a prime location to all. Also right next to the parking garage which was extremely convenient. Overall, a great place to stay. Beds were ultra comfy and shower pressure was amazing. Thank you for offering all the amenities one could want.

Character & Location

Home was updated and charming. Inside had everything we needed! Cant beat location, could walk to everything and access to parking garage was key! ITrip was amazing with suggestions where to visit, eat and drink.

Annapolis Weekend Getaway

The property is so charming. It is well maintained and has all the comforts of home plus more. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. We loved sitting on the front porch taking in the old historic charm of Annapolis. We will definitely rent this home again.
