Great location

At first I was skeptical of the location, but once we started walking around and seeing all the fun places to eat in the neighborhood, we really liked it. Not too bad to walk to downtown, if you like to walk. A grocery store was not too far away, we were able to stock up on supplies for our stay.

Lengthy check-in but nice place

This property requires you to verify your identity several times prior to arriving, so be prepared for multiple emails asking you to upload/fill out various documents before you can check in. Despite there being so many rooms, it wasn’t loud at all. We didn’t even hear other neighbors even though it was packed. The apartment unit was clean and had anything we needed. There were also some extra wash pods for laundry if you needed to do a load or two. While we were there, the pedestrian gate must have broken because it was propped open, which made us feel a little less secure but it is a very nice neighborhood so nothing bad ended up happening.

A nice little spot but check-in is insane.

This is a converted motel, so the units are pretty small. They do have everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The living area and kitchen are minimal. Everything is in good condition, and it was clean when we arrived. My main issue with this booking was the check-in process. It was bonkers. *After* I had already paid, they wanted a picture of me, a picture of me and my driver license, and a picture of me and my credit card. They also made me sign a long waiver that added rules to what I had agreed to on VRBO. They had me fill out an additional form with my SSN so they could do a BACKGROUND CHECK, and then finally, they made me verify a small deduction on my credit card with a screenshot. In addition, they want the names and email addresses of everyone who stayed in the apartment. It was the most ridiculous check-in process I've ever seen. I've done less work to sign a lease for an apartment!

Rien a redire, un peu loin de Broadway ,plusieurs options pour le transport.
