This property is amazing! There are mid-century modern "inspired" homes all over Palm Springs, but this property is the REAL DEAL. Original kitchen cabinets, genuine mid-century modern decorations (and the serving-ware collection is amazing. But, for all it's mid-century authentic contents, it also has some wonderful updates in all the right places. Comfortable beds, an massive professional stove, and a fantastic pool and spa. There are great views of the mountain out front too!Fantastic location literally 2 blocks from my favorite bagel spot: Townies!I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for our Palm Springs getaway. From the private front yard with seating and a fire pit where we had our morning coffees to afternoon lounging by the lovely pool, and literally everything in between, this house is ideal. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of restaurants and downtown.

Like staying a time capsule

Beautifully decorated mid modern gem that was comfortable and relaxing. The pool is perfect. Great location - easy to get downtown. Everything I could have hope for.

Cousins Getaway

The house was perfect for me and my 3 cousins. We enjoyed time by the pool, slept in, went shopping and enjoy the nightlife downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely return!

Fantastic property in a great location

This house was fantastic - great hang-out places inside, had an awesome outdoor firepit, and the pool was great. The kitchen was also stocked - we didn't plan on doing any cooking but totally could have with all the kitchenware and appliances. It was also beautifully decorated - loved the style - and really clean. Just had a great time!

The house was a great location and nicely renovated in the mid-modern Palm Springs style. The beds were hotel comfortable, and the towels were hotel quality as well.The host was welcoming, the instruction manual for the house (spa, pool, ac, television, locks, etc.) was complete and as a result the house was easy to manage.The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and well-labeled with a good coffee maker, excellent stove and plenty of glasses, silverware, etc. including pool-friendlly ware.The house was a great place to hang out, with lots of comfortable places inside and out to chill, dish, read, or nap.I thought it was a good value - we went with another couple and did not use the third bedroom. I would rent it again.

Pros- Cute house and nice furnishings inside. The beds were comfortable, nice walking neighborhood. Private yard with a nice pool and fire pit. Two blocks from townies bagels. Cons - master bathroom was more like a closet. Shower was very small. You could barely turn around. could have used a shower caddy. No place to put shampoo, etc. Didn’t show in any of the pictures on the website. The back patio furniture was old and stained. The rental agent not very friendly or accommodating. The pool wasn’t heated for 2 1/2 days of our week stay as requested. The pool guy came on the third day and said the heater to the pool was turned off. However, the rental agent didn’t believe us so no compensation. Seemed irritated with us when we continued to ask about it. Will definitely stay away from any house managed by that rental company!
