Tristin is an excellent host, answered all questions and resolved issues that arose. This house is very comfortable and all necessities were available. Yes, the steps are steep, yes the bathroom is upstairs. This is an updated old house and these features accompany age. Great value and close to many of the things we planned to do in Dayton.

We did not stay. Unfortunately, my husband has ambulatory issues and is not able to safely use the stairs. The listing did not state that the bathroom and bedrooms were on the second floor. We had to book a hotel in the area. Obviously, the host cannot do anything about the area in which the house is located. But, transparency would be helpful. Information about the stairs should be shared. The house is older and the stairs are steep with the light switch only at the top. The inside of the house was fairly clean. The bathtub needs to be cleaned to remove black mold, which happens with older fixtures. I appreciate that the host communicated early regarding check-in, which was smooth.

House is older so makes a lot of noise when you walk. A little inconvenient have to go upstairs to go to the bathroom every time. Good location.

Excellent Value. What we needed.

Everything was great about this place for what we needed. Did not want to spend a ton of money for just a few days, so this was perfect in terms of value. The only complaint on our end would be the uncomfortable bed which appeared to have a layer of egg crate foam on top of a thin mattress. Our backs were hurting by the end of it. But otherwise, this place is exactly what we needed. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your feedback Anthony. I've found it difficult to accommodate a universal mattress that every guest can agree on in terms of comfort. Some guests love it, and others not so much. Come back anytime sir!

Very clean and inviting however, the section of town is slightly questionable after dark. Great on tge inside and nothing needed when you show up. The only complaint is the stairs, more a ladder than stairs, must be used if the batbroom is needed. Individuals with unsteady gate or weak ambulations use caution.

A great place to stay! The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there was an occasional loud car that drove by. The stairs are a little steep, but we were able to get up them just fine. There was a humming sound that we noticed mainly at night, but we think that must have just been the AC kicking on. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were other miscellaneous toiletries and a hair dryer as well. Beds were comfortable and clean. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Tristin was super accommodating when I needed to add an additional day last minute. Tristin also was super quick with his replies. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would stay again!

First of all thank you for trusting me with your home. Communication was prompt and courteous and much appreciated. Everything we needed was available and just as I planned, I only had to buy food for cooking. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. As others have mentioned the stairs are evil! But that is to be expected in this type of home. The locals in the area were interesting but we had no issues. My oldest lives in Miamisburg and I was able to surprise her by bringing her little sister and father with me without her knowledge. Thank you for helping me celebrate my family in your home. I highly recommend this host and property for your vacation needs!
