The place was gorgeous and in a great location being it was near the Galloping Goose shuttle. Our only feedback is designated parking should be considered. While we were told street parking was available, we were only able to park on the street 1 day out of 7. Many cars were parked on the street the entire week.

Great location and cozy condo!

This condo was an easy place to stay during a quick visit to Telluride. It had all the amenities we needed for my son's hockey tournament and easy access to town. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Awesome location!

Lulu city is in a great location - less than 5 min walk to lift 7 and 10 min walk to downtown area. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay again!

This place was clean and spacious! Not all places in downtown Telluride have a view and this one does. Walkable distance to everything and we got to enjoy the pool too!

Christmas Vacation

Perfect place for our family. Very short walk to the lift. The place was plenty big enough for our family and was quite cozy. Definitely staying here again!

Perfect location

It was the perfect location in downtown Telluride. It was also near the Gondola to get up to Mountain Village. The property was cute, clean and well equipped. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location

Amazing location for getting to and from the #7 chair lift, bus pick up and free day parking lot. The front office is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Great time in Telluride

This condo was excellent in every way! So nicely furnished and great location - super close to everything in town. Pool was a major plus for our kids as well. We loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back in the future!

Telluride July 2025

The property was clean and comfortable. One rainy afternoon forced us inside for a few hours so we enjoyed the board games offered at the place.

LuLu City

This place was great! Very comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. It’s located on the edge of town so we used the free town bus-galloping goose to take us to the gondola when we didn’t want to just walk, but definitely easy to walk to things as well.

Stay here!

We LOVED staying here. It was so well decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Very convenient location! We had 2 couples and a friend. We all slept well and our friend reported the sleeper sofa was very comfortable. It was the perfect amount of space. We will be back!

Best Stay In Telluride

I absolutely loved our stay here so much, it is so clean and easy to check in. Everyone responds so quickly with answers to questions and things to do. The location is beyond perfect, it is in the town and an amazing view of the mountains and lake & even elk. Such an incredible, special place. I will bring my family back here yearly, thank you so much! If you choose anywhere to stay in Telluride, definitely stay here! :)

Great eacape

We decided to take a family vacation to Telluride over Christmas break, only knowing that the skiing was supposed to be amazing and the town wonderful. I found this place online and it was perfect! Close to the lift and town. Clean and perfect size for our family of 5. Would stay here again if we ever head to the Wild West again! :)

Telluride Bluegrass weekend

This property was the perfect home base for a gathering of friends celebrating the 50 year history of world-class bluegrass music in the mountains of Colorado. The location was ideal with an easy 10 minute walk to the music festival each day. The unit was clean and everything worked well. We used the poolside grill twice which, paired with a fully equipped kitchen, made meals super easy and fun. We’ll definitely return.

Excellent apartment

Very well located. Small but enough for our party of 5. Small rooms but big bathrooms. Everything was new. The only small thing was that you can hear the wood floor cracking from upstairs when people walking on it. Other than that, everything was great! I recommend this place.

Nice Condo Not so nice parking

The condo was well equipped (living room TV wouldn't load programing, but otherwise nicely appointed)and clean. The parking shower is NOT a good experience if you are arriving late...you may have to park blocks away from the building. The local rep was nice, but due to the parking issues alone, I would not rent it again.parking,

Lulu City 5C

Had such a great time! We had never stayed on the town-side but were delighted about the location and convenience of the condo. You can walk to Lift 7 in less than 2 minutes. Parking was a slight issue the first day we arrived because the town was so busy and there weren't many spots, but the next day a close parking spot opened up and it wasn't an issue the rest of the trip. The town shuttle comes right by the condo which makes getting around town super easy. The condo's cookware is stocked very well. We chose to cook in for dinner each night and the kitchen made this so much easier. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were great. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was SO GREAT! Having the ski locker outside the door was nice to keep the ski equipment and snow out of the condo. Hope to stay again!!

Nice place

This condo was nicely appointed and newly remodeled. Beds were comfy with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Easy walk to the Gondola and super close to Clarks Market. Not a tremendous view, but that was not a issue. No balcony but again not a big issue.

August in Telluride

Great property. Condo was well appointed and very comfortable for our family get away. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under construction and not available for use. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

very average

As you all know we have several choices for staying in Telluride. This place is not that great. First off, I was told the unit came with one covered parking spot. This is not true. It comes with a spot across the street. We had to go to the office and get a parking pass. Also had to move the car mid stay for plowing. The office also called me at night and told me my car was going to get towed but had the wrong unit. This is a hassle I didn't need. The unit itself has very thin walls and ceiling. We could always hear the people upstairs, creaking floors and thumping. The beds are very uncomfortable and lousy pillows. There is nowhere to put your skis, The unit has a ski locker but it is locked and reserved for the owners. Also the garage is locked and reserved for the owners. It is another hassle to bring all of our ski gear upstairs and inside. Also not enough seating around the tv for the family of 4. Next time we will pick something better.

Summer Stay

This unit worked well for our family to stay here in the summer. Very clean and updated. I enjoyed the location as we could walk easily everywhere in town.
