We are very disappointed to hear of the challenges that you described and have made efforts to address and resolve each issue that you have mentioned. I've also reached out to our after-hours service to address the issue you described in relation to them, and can assure you that it will never happen again. For our guests, our Property Managers have on hand these types of items (i.e., dryer, DVDs) to deliver upon arrival. Guests should let us know of any requests in their reservation so the items are in the unit upon arrival.
