We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was well thought out and made our trip so enjoyable and relaxing. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time with the wife. Having the golf cart was definitely a bonus. Overall I would say I would do it again. Room was clean and plenty of room for us. I would suggest a better fridge though. View of the pool was also a nice feature.

This place is magical. The golf cart makes it so easy to get around to everything without having to ever use your car. We had an issue during our stay, but it was resolved to our liking we would return again.

Perfect quick trip! Clean room, great host and everything you need at the resort. We got on Uber from the airport and used the gold cart to go and do everything. Great place!

The studio at Bahia was comfortable and immaculately clean. Michael was responsive and check in was easy. The location is perfect - walk to Baytown shops, restaurants, and bars. Grand Boulevard shops and restaurants are easy to access by golf cart or car. This is a great base to explore Destin/Sandestin.

Okay, but not great.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initial communication was great. We were concerned about checking in after the hurricane and were reassured by a super nice individual over the phone. He really made both my wife and I feel that we were in good hands.I apologize I don't remember his name. T.v cable never worked throughout our stay. Ac made a clinking noise not terrible but definitely noticeable. Unit only comes with 4 washcloths and towels for your stay. After they are used you will need to launder them yourself at $2.25 per load in the on-site laundry room.I was told towels and washcloths are an "amenities" and that the managementcompany wont provide housekeeping services. The main issue is we weren't aware only 4 where provided, so we didn't bring detergent to wash them. The golf cart was great until the lug nuts came loose. Thankfully, I was able to find tools to put them back on. We have had far worse experiences,but we just expected more.

Perfect!

Location was perfect. Anything you could need is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride. We had a wonderful time and will likely return!

Relaxation

The accommodations were just as described. They were perfect for my husband and myself. The host was very accessible. The golf cart was very useful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Mike the property manager was amazing to work with, he was very informative and supportive and when I asked stupid questions he was patient and kind. Super professional, love love Mike. As always you can't lose by renting on Sandestin property, property is beautiful, clean and safe. Condo was exactly as described, I'd definitely rent again

The Best Stay

We had the best time at the Bahia! The room was nice, the area was nice, we were able to walk straight out from our condo to a beautiful pool. Our property manager was great! He answered every question we had with quick response times and was very easy and pleasant to work with! We couldn’t recommend this place enough! Make sure you bring quarters if you want to do laundry, the room doesn’t have its own washer and dryer.

But in fairness, the location, instructions for arrival, GPS location, and address for such apps as Google maps or Waze were all included in the welcome email. As well as instructions on how to reach out to us.24/7 for assistance. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide assistance 24 hours a day to our guests and unfortunately, we never heard from you. Hence, we were never given the opportunity to solve any of your issues, such as your difficulty in locating the property. We wish you the best and all of your future travels!
