Wonderful place to stay

Four minutes from the beach. Wonderful place to stay, with beautiful spacious pool and hot tub. Weight room was ideal.

Great pool.

Pool was amazing. Beach was beautiful BUT tiny area designated for such a large resort. About a 15 foot stretch of beach in between two "private" beaches

More details on property

The property was nice but it was dirty. The couch had so many stains. Also the bedsheets were dirty. The headboard had hairs on it, I couldn’t tell if it was from a dog or a human. Room is not close to the beach, you actually have to walk a good distance to make it there. The bed was also hard it made it difficult to get comfortable.

The pictures that are shown should reflect exactly what the guest is getting

Our room did not feel clean we dealt with gnats. Every day. We came in to a space that felt like someone just left more than half of the blinds were missing no privacy. Once that issue was addressed property management filled in the spaces with short blinds made it look even worse. Had to call a second time and still, the blinds that were brought out still did not match the blinds that were already put up

Samone, We apologize if the unit was not as clean as it should have been. In reviewing your reservation, we can see that we offered to send the cleaners back out but you were not able to let us know what areas you felt needed extra attention. You were issued a partial refund of the cleaning fee. Our records indicate that we sent out the blinds we had on hand to try and give you some privacy since the right size had to be ordered. We hope you enjoyed some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Very Disappointed

No carts available; we had to make multiple trips. Trouble w/ entering bldg w/ key cards. Couch was stained & very uncomfortable; only seats 2 out of 5 of us. Floors were sandy w/ several food droppings. Toothbrush holder was dirty. Dryer fogs & heats up bedroom & bathroom leaving floors slippery & wet. Kitchen drain stunk. Listing said beach was within walking distance & totally disagree especially carrying everything.

Deborah, We are sorry that your vacation was not as expected. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment caused by walking into an improperly cleaned unit. Our records indicate that we did not receive a clear answer from you when we asked if we could send out a new cleaning crew. Otherwise, we would have sent someone immediately to clean properly. We know that this set a poor tone for your vacation, especially after having to make multiple trips to the car to get unpacked. We hope you managed to enjoy some time on our beautiful beaches and we hope you had a safe trip home.
