La nostra casa si trova nella più ricercata comunità immobiliare nella città di Indio, incastonata tra le splendide montagne di Santa Rosa. Montage at Santa Rosa è una nuova comunità dal fascino europeo che amerai. E 'convenientemente situato nel cuore della Coachella Valley con le migliori ricreazioni deserti e eventi speciali a breve distanza, ea soli 20 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Palm Springs. La casa dispone anche di accesso Wi-Fi FIOS con computer e stampante multifunzione / copiatrice / scanner / fax disponibili su richiesta e chiamate locali e nazionali a lunga distanza.

Il nostro esclusivo ambiente di vita moderno all'aperto è progettato per intrattenere. Presenta una zona pranzo e una zona giorno coperte all'aperto con un esclusivo design multi-livello. Il patio coperto dispone di ventilatori a soffitto e illuminazione ad incasso, design sereno del paesaggio, mobili moderni patio / piscina, giocattoli da piscina e dispositivi di galleggiamento / lettini più numerose aree abbronzanti. Questa lussuosa casa spagnola moderna dispone di una grande piscina privata riscaldata con acqua salata e di un centro benessere con una cascata a cascata tranquilla. La piscina ha una grande area di abbronzatura / spiaggia, perfetta per i bambini o rilassarsi. Ti piaceranno anche i due getti d'acqua che spruzzano acqua al centro dell'area conciata, ottimo intrattenimento per i bambini. La piscina è dotata di una configurazione pallavolo rimovibile integrata pronta per il tuo picco. L'area della piscina e della spa è protetta da una staccionata trasparente e sicura per i bambini, per la massima sicurezza e per i minimi disturbi visivi. Goditi la favolosa vista e i suoni dell'ideale design d'acqua, mentre scaldati con una fossa da fuoco a gas lineare favolosamente incorporata. Amazing house in a wonderful location. The house had everything we needed and more. The pool and garden area are beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. Julio was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The house was immaculate and so clean, exactly as described. We had a lovely two week break here and would most certainly return.

Amazing Weekend

The property was just as described and remarkably clean. The pool with the Baja shelf was great and the backyard was very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing extended weekend at this property! It was perfect for a group of 10 with kids. The house had everything we needed to entertain all age groups and the backyard was perfect. We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Great place

Did guys golf trip and we really like the house. WE were not there much, but the pool and hot tub were perfect and it was spacious for about 8-10. Very happy with our choice.

Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Montage Santa Rosa. The property was well maintained and very updated. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock box when we arrived, but Julio was very responsive and we were able to get in very quickly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Beautiful home

My family of 9 had a wonderful time at this property. The backyard pool and jacuzzi were fabulous! The interior was pretty spotless and well appointed. The only complaint would be some of the pool loungers are falling apart. The manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely love to return to this property.

Family Fellowship Vacation

Once again my family and I gathered at this wonderful and spacious home. The property is well taken care of and should any issue arise, the owner is readily available to address it or send someone to handle it. There are enough spaces around the property so that you can pretty much find a peaceful and quiet space of your own or you can gather together to enjoy one another.

Spacious and great location

This property was very spacious, inside and out. Host was very attentive and responded promptly to text and/or email. Plenty of pool towels ready for use upon check in. Rooms were nicely decorated. The kitchen I thought was fully equipped, although I brought my own knife and a cast iron pan. The grounds overall was very relaxing. Definitely in my top 3 rentals.

Fantastic Home

This is our second year staying in this home. We are a group of 8 adults. The house is very comfortable in a great neighborhood and location. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a pool, hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating in the beautiful backyard, we even picked fresh grapefruit every morning for breakfast! Checking in and checking out was easy and convenient.

Excellent Vacation Home

Ten of us, ages 9 to 70, had an amazing 4-day stay in this beautiful home. The pictures of the property are accurate. The outdoor space is spacious. There are so many spaces outside to enjoy. Shade is plentiful along with lots of sunny areas. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Inside is well-stocked. Julio, our property manager, was easy to reach and welcoming.

Relaxing Oasis!

Perfect setup for families meeting up and enjoying some quality time together. The outdoor space is inviting with the pool, jacuzzi multiple seating areas, not to mention the landscaping. The teens loved the ping pong table and Corn Hole. Most nights we grilled and had dinners there. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked. We really enjoyed everything about this house. We really didn’t need to communicate with the owner because everything was straight forward. Left feeling relaxed 😁

What more can I say

Once again my family and I spent our time in Indio at this marvelous property. There have been a few changes since we were here last year (2024l . One change, and perhaps the most important, is the change/addition of beds in a few rooms. Fortunately Julio offers to change the configuration to suit your needs. This place is still my #1 consideration when it comes time to start planning our vacation in the Coachella Valley. If you read the other reviews you'll see why I can't say much more. Other visitors and myself have pretty much raved about how great this property is and how prompt Julio is to respond if any issue arises. I'm already looking forward to being back here next year, if not sooner.

Backyard no lights

No lights in the backyard and very dangerous and unsafe to walk-around. No pool lights. Couldn't bbq at night.

Thank you for the review David, we appreciate the feedback and comments on your experience with our property. We are deeply sorry to hear you felt there was not enough light in our property for you to be able to BBQ at night. In our welcome basket we provide several handheld LED lanterns that can be used for outdoors when task lighting is desired. However, had this issue been brought up to our attention during the stay, we would have immediately and gladly provided more lighting options to accommodate our guest. The pool and spa lights are functional and on a timer schedule. There is no need to turn ON/OFF unless you’re out passed midnight, when they automatically shut off. The pool light controls are available to guest and may be turned ON/OFF when beyond scheduled times. We also provide a home handbook with clear instructions on how to operate the lights, spa and other home appliances or items and in the event you are experiencing any difficulties and need further assistance contacting us is always recommended. Our grounds are safe and well lit and all ambulatory individuals should be able to navigate our property safely. We have since walked the property and have verified the pool and spa lights operational and our grounds surfaces verified to be safe with zero vegetation obstructions on pathways, walkways and or seating areas. Proper communication with any concerns or issues experienced during a stay is the key to a great experience. We encourage all our guest to communicate with us any concerns or issues prior to arrival, during a stay and or after departure. Anything that is within our ability of control is always addressed and resolved in an efficient manner.

Relaxing Getaway

Once again I ans my family members stayed at this amazing property. The interior of the home is spacious enough for everyone to have their own personal quiet space, yet the open concept will allow everyone to congregate and fellowship. The exterior of the home also provides multiple locations to be alone with your thoughts or cozy up with a good book, and also has areas to get together to enjoy each other's company. The spa cascades into the adjoining pool, providing a relaxing sound effect and there is a water feature attached to the outdoor BBQ grill that is reminiscent of a waterfall. There is an outdoor firepit available to congregate around on a chilly desert night. Going back to the inside, the kitchen area is well stocked to allow a simple meal to be prepared, however if you want something more gourmet you'll need to bring any special spices or cookware. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the Indio, CA (Coachella Valley) area.

Location was great. Backyard was beautiful

Some general maintenance has been deferred. Kitchen pots/pans utensils were lacking. Pans had broken handles. Knives were not sharp enough to cut green onions. We had to buy our own chopping knife. Showers took a long time to heat up. Shower near garage was missing tiles. Majority of dishes had chips. Kitchen faucet leaked at base. Ice maker jammed.

Same Development - Much Better Experience

This is the 3rd year we rented a house in the same development. This house was the best, probably one of the best we've rented in the Palm Springs area in the 14 years we've been coming for a golf trip. The only reason is wasn't the best is because it was a 20 minute drive to one of the courses we play the most. Otherwise, the listing was spot on, the house was very comfortable, well appointed (especially in the kitchen) and had a very nice and well appointed back yard. The documentation needed for the check-in process was a bit excessive but understandable given the times. The company and their representative was outstanding. He was easy to contact and came right away when we had an issue with the dishwasher. One suggestion, read the spa instructions thoroughly which we didn't and had to call him. Once he walked us through it, everything worked as instructed. Great experience!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property for a bachelorette weekend! From the very beginning, Julio, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. He was so responsive to our questions throughout the weekend and even provided thoughtful recommendations, including a private chef, which added such a special touch to our celebration. You could tell he genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible.The house itself was perfect for our group. With 9 beds, everyone had plenty of space, and the layout made it feel both spacious and comfortable at the same time. One of the highlights was that we were able to host almost all of our weekend activities right on the property. We kicked things off with a lively pool party, had a cozy pajama karaoke night, enjoyed an outdoor hibachi dinner under the stars, shared an incredible private chef dinner inside, and even treated ourselves to on-site massages. Because the property is so large, each event felt like its own unique experience, almost as if we were moving from one venue to another without ever leaving the house.It was truly the ideal backdrop for celebrating such an important milestone with friends. The combination of beautiful space, thoughtful touches, and flexibility made it easy to both celebrate and relax without ever feeling cramped.I can’t recommend this property enough for groups planning a special occasion. It’s both beautiful and functional!

Cant wait to come back!

This was the absolutely perfect house to host a very special friend's 40th birthday party. bedrooms are nice sized and kitchen fit for a gourmet chef. the outside patio and pool and everything were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recodmend staying!

Montage at Santa Rosa is a great family community with a European curb appeal. The community is quiet, calm and has amazing Mountain Views. This home has it all and is centrally located to all the major attractions the desert has to offer.

This single story home with a great open floor plan will take make a lasting impression with its large open spaces and spacious bedrooms. Love the private entry courtyard and the 1/2 acre private lot which allows for a great private outdoor experience that is ready for entertaining to capture a long lasting memorable experience. Truly love this home and enjoy vacationing here with my family.
