We appreciate your comments regarding the carpet, ventilation, highway noise, and kitchen amenities, as we understand these details can affect a guest’s comfort. Some of our individually owned condos do not have air conditioning or a dishwasher, and our proximity to Highway 101 can result in traffic noise, particularly in the bedroom. We’re sorry these aspects did not fully meet your expectations, and we’ll share your cleaning feedback with our team. We also appreciate your comments about booking costs and transparency, the reservation was made and booked through a third party travel agency where costs and pricing unfortunately is beyond our control and jurisdiction.
