2026 Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the property was great. There were several issues that I thought should have been addressed before renting. The railing going down to patio was rotted away with nails exposed, extremely dangerous for children. There’s definitely an ant problem on patio at pool (and they bite). I also thought for the price of the rental the hot tub should have been included.

Perfect location and house layout and size were optimal. Some of the interior is a little dated (carpet) but overall, great for a big group. Quick walk to restaurants, bars and beach out the back door.

The house, location and entire rental process was perfect. The house was in great condition, had comfy beds, extra beach chairs provided and really everything we could have asked for!

Here’s a more polished version you could use:The house was gorgeous overall. However, when we checked in, the pool was not clean and the hot tub was not working, even though I had already paid for spa heat in the original agreement. When I reached out to the property manager, I was then told I would need to pay an additional 300.We also received a complaint about tampering with a noise monitor, which was never touched during our stay.Overall, amazing location and beautiful home.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful home and amazing location. We understand how disappointing it was to find the pool condition and hot tub not meeting expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. You did not add Spa Heat until your second day at the property and we are able to access it remotely, as soon as you added it, we were able to turn it on. The spa heat is $100 a night and you paid for 2 nights. The noise monitor is monitored remotely and we receive notifications from a monitoring service. We simply asked you to please leave the responder alone that it did not control the spa. We always aim to communicate clearly and address any issues fairly and promptly.

Family Vacation 2022

We love Isle of Palms! This property was great for our big family. Right on the beach and the big pool was roomy for everyone. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly addressed. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to create memories!

Great Location

The property was in the perfect location to watch the ocean from almost every room. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and everything worked as it was supposed to. We all enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to anyone looking to start every morning with the sun in your face, end everyday with the moon as your light...and relax to the rhythm of the waves.

Great house, with awesome view.

The house is big and bright, right on the water. Wide, unobstructed view of the ocean. Lots of natural light. Enough space for a big group. I liked the big open plan for living and kitchen space. It's also walkable distance to some of the restaurants and bars nearby, which is convenient.
