Welcome to Ocean's Song. A beautiful Oceanfront Beach Home with Great Views, Private Hot Tub, and Large Beachfront Deck! Boasting floor to ceiling ocean views this modern three bedroom and two-and-a-half bath home is a dream getaway you'll be sure to enjoy.

Located in the very desirable Gleneden Beach community, situated halfway between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay, you'll enjoy the nearby beach access and hidden costal gems such as The Side Door Café and Crystal Wizard. Any golfers in your group will want to visit the Salishan Golf Resort, which is just on the north end of Gleneden Beach, though others may prefer to book a relaxing treatment at the attached spa. Should you desire to explore the cost further you are only minutes away from everything both Depoe Bay and Lincoln City have to offer.

The Livingroom's large west facing windows making it easy to enjoy the waves from the comfort of the sofa. In the evenings enjoy the gas fireplace and large TV equipped with all your favorite streaming services. A convenient half bathroom is also on the main level.

Off the Livingroom is an open floorplan Kitchen and Dinning area. Sporting the same floor to ceiling windows you can enjoy both cooking and dinning while watching for whales. The Kitchen has been recently updated with new countertops and is equipped with everything a home cook could desire to make a family meal including a blender, mixer, waffle iron, and even a slow-cooker.

From the Dinning area you step out onto the expansive deck that overhangs the beach with a Gas Grill and Hot Tub. Perfect for outdoor cooking or just soaking up some sun the deck provides the perfect location to listen to the Ocean's Song.

Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. The master suite has two queen beds and a sitting area to enjoy the ocean views in private. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks, a standing shower, and a soaking tub with a west facing window.

The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle, and the final bedroom contains a luxuriously large king-size bed and a flat screen TV. Altogether, up to eight guests will be very comfortable here in this wonderful home. The second upstairs bathroom contains a tub/shower.

Beach Access is one block away.

Located in Gleneden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge and Siuslaw National Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Alder House Glassblowing and Jennifer Sears Glass Art Studio. Tradewinds Charters and Whale, Sea Life, and Shark Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Front row seat to the ocean

Gathering place for four sisters, ages 66-80. Directly on the beach with spectacular views from deck and master suite. Beach access 2 doors down, though not easy enough for our two oldest guests. Comfortable beds and furniture. No safety rails in either shower. Strong bones, but needs updated. Well equipped kitchen, and quick response when we found there was no toaster. Beach was unlike other Lincoln City/Newport beaches as surf moves in and out very quickly, with steep sand and wouldn't seem fitting for children. Bedding was clean, but mattresses were not.

Needs work

We liked the layout of the house and the location. Great view and location, but the house is in serious need of some long-overdue maintenance. That includes: * The gas fireplace does not work. They sent a maintenance guy out but he did not have access to the owner locked garage. The garage is where the maintenance guy needed access to the circuit breakers. Not having access to the garage is not a deal killer, but it would be nice to have access to the garage. * The BBQ is undersized and corroded. One of the three burner elements does not work at all. * The hot tub is missing the cover holder. It's just gone. That makes removing the cover a multi-person task and as a result, the hot tub is not really usable. * There was only one lamp in the living room. At least one of the electrical outlets in the living room did not work. Maybe related to the gas fireplace issue. * The carpet upstairs and on the stairs is probably gone beyond cleaning. It needs to be replaced. * Black mode in the grout of the main bedroom bathroom. Needs to be steam cleaned. I would not stay here again until the above has been addressed.

Tranquil and rejuvenating!

Very much enjoyed our stay. We have made use of vacation homes and cabins on many occasions. This property is among our list of those to return to again.
