Wonderful home with great views!

My family had a great stay. Very clean and spacious for my wife and our 5 kids. The views from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend this home.

Family stay

Spacious, comfortable home. Great garage space also! Plenty of deck space to enjoy the cool evenings. Location was perfect. Quick access to the Black Hills and shopping in Rapid City.

Clean and comfortable

Evan’s place was perfect for our weekend trip! The house and sleeping arrangements were just as described and the house was impeccably clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Visit

Our son and family live in Rapid City. We wanted a house large enough to sleep 7 adults and 4 children. Everyone had their own room and there was enough bathrooms!! The house was clean and there backyard was amazing!

Great

The home was great. The view was very beautiful and the home had everything we needed. It was close to many businesses including Mount Rushmore. The people in the the the community were friendly and helpful. If I ever go back I would most definitely stay at this vrbo again.

Family Reunion

This property is amazing. Very clean, well stocked with all amenities promised. The view from the deck is wonderful! 10 adults and plenty of room! We would definitely stay again!

Had a great time except for a sick two-year-old which was not the property owners fault. Got to do e

For a six child which was nobody’s fault, had a great time. Got to see everything we wanted to see and got a lot of resting done. Property was great. Would recommend this to anyone!

Vacation Bike Rally Trip

Impressed as soon as we pulled up, three car garage for trailer and bikes, upon entry of house fresh smelling and extremely clean. All 5 bedrooms was spacious and Comfortable, along with bathrooms spotless. The view from back decks was great for pics of downtown. I’d give 10 stars if I could, Communication was spot on. Great place

Nice location

We were in town for a baseball tournament for several days. A few families stayed at this property to save with hotel costs and by preparing meals as a group. Since we had done this the previous year as well, we knew a few items we needed for the kitchen, but otherwise we were able to find almost everything we needed. It was the perfect location when it came to the baseball field as well as our many trips to Keystone. The spacious basement gave the boys a place to gather while the adults could spend their time upstairs or on the scenic deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property

Our stay was so great. The house was beautiful, spacious, and so clean! The pictures don't do it justice. The view was amazing, and we loved watching for deer and wildlife everyday. One night it stormed and even that was amazing. The sky was so open and beautiful, it was like our own little light show. We also really appreciated all the extra little touches our hosts added to the house that made our stay that much nicer. They were just so thoughtful about everything in the house. The amenities and household products were high quality. They even took the time to put together a binder with brochures for places to visit during our stay. We were so impressed and truly felt home away from home.

Great Rapid City stay

We stayed in Rapid City to visit Mt Rushmore and to hike up to Black Elk Peak, and this property was great for us. With 5 bedrooms and the two levels, we all had our own space, and the back deck was fabulous! In fact, we really only sat on the deck while drinking morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. It was only about 25 minutes to Mt Rushmore, and about 50 minutes to the trail head. We ventured into Rapid City for lunch and dinner, and the convenience of a 15 minute drive or Uber ride was perfect. Communication with Evan was also great, and he was very accommodating as we were arriving at different times. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the highway for ease of access. I would recommend this house for anyone visiting the area, and as we visit with our own family, we would stay here again.

Amazing Place to Stay

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rapid City! It is a beautiful, spacious home with gorgeous views off the two decks. We had four families staying there for a baseball tournament and had plenty of beds, towels, blankets and dishware for everyone. The towels are fluffy and soft, the beds are comfortable, the laundry room was well stocked for our use, large three car garage, basketball hoop for the boys, nice grill, big kitchen table, and so many more amenities! The property host, Evan, was very quick to reply to messages and was extremely accommodating with us. He allowed us an early check in and late check out due to our baseball schedule. The only negative thing that all adults commented on was that despite the window blinds being beautiful, they did not filter out the light very well. But, overall, we definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for allowing us to make some great memories while staying in your VRBO home!!

Rapid City house

This property is awesome! The location is perfect to go into Rapid City or to explore the Black Hills. The house is kept very clean. The step in shower was perfect for grandparents! The neighborhood was quiet and the view was beautiful. I highly recommend this property!

Spacious and clean

We were in town for a family reunion. House was as listed, clean and with a well stocked kitchen. Decks were nice for morning coffee and a few wild bunnies in the back yard were fun to watch.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rapid City. The home was just beautiful with an amazing view. The home was spacious to accommodate our whole family. The downstairs was perfect for our son and his young family- their own little living space. Evan was very helpful. Clear directions and easy entrance.
