Our guests generally love the location since it is away from the hustle of downtown enough to be peaceful and relaxing yet it is very quick and easy to get there when that is what is desired. I took a look back at the correspondence and see that in the welcome message at time of booking we advised about the additional cleaning fee for the use of the BBQ. I am sorry that you did not see that. Thank you for your feedback on the supplies. I will pass it on to housekeeping to ensure everything is stocked well. We leave all necessary supplies for guests during their stay and if we had known you needed any refills our property manager could have accommodated you quickly. Thank you for your review Kristen. I am glad you and your group enjoyed the house and had a great time on your trip! As a point of clarification, I would like to comment that we actually have 2 water cisterns which supply adequate water to the house. Most of the neighboring houses only have one and they do just fine with full time residents. There were a couple of weeks that the flow of the city water supply was shorted and we had to call the water truck to supplement. We did our best to get a truck there immediately to minimize the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and we hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future and we will ensure you have a better experience with the water.

Thank you for your comprehensive review Erin. Since the house is in a private community it is not walking distance to restaurants, however there are several close by in the area. Next time we will be sure to assist you with guidance to get an Uber or Taxi for transportation from the house. We have many guests that use this method, if they have not rented a car, but it sounds like you were enjoying the quiet anyway. Please come back and visit again.
