We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, though we respectfully disagree with the picture painted in this review. Our cleaning team takes pride in preparing the cabin thoroughly before each guest, and the cabin is treated and swept regularly — inside and out. In the mountains, the occasional spider web can appear overnight, especially in wooded surroundings, but we do our part to keep it controlled. The grill is cleaned prior to every arrival, though like any grill, it may need a quick wipe down before or after use. The propane tanks stored under the porch are backup tanks, not trash or hazards, and available if a swap is ever needed — we’re always a quick message away. As for the hot tub, it’s maintained and chemically balanced between every stay by professionals, and the comment about “a lot of chemicals” likely reflects routine water treatment for sanitation. While we appreciate suggestions when they’re shared constructively, many of your concerns could have been quickly addressed during your stay if communicated, but you not once reached out or asked, but assumed incorrectly. We’re always happy to help — it’s what we’re here for. We’ll continue to improve, but we also stand by the quality of our property and the experience we offer.
