Great and cozy cabin right outside the village. As other reviews note, despite the photos showing a microwave and the listing saying a microwave is included in the amenities, there is no microwave. Additionally, the towels and bed quilt both had holes and rips in them and badly need to be replaced. The overall floor was very dirty and dusty. It was a great stay, but not as clean and nice as it could have been.

Great location, view, cabin and amenities. It was nice to be able to check in at 3pm and out at 11am. I’d definitely stay again. The only bummer was there was no microwave as advertised and shown in the photos so we couldn’t heat up our food.

Had an amazing time with the family place was perfect as advertised. Great Hot Tub! Walking distance to the village. Do need to sync the other remote though.

It’s a good place, the only complaint I have is there was no microwave whatsoever nor did they accommodate me with anything else, yes there was a two stove pan but microwave would of been the best way to go specially when you want to heat up left overs

The cabin is a little bit dated. There is no microwave, and only a couple dishes. There was only 1 cup in the cabinet & 1 glass. The unit advertises fireplace, but no firewood or matches (nor did the ad describe the need to pick some up prior to check in), The spa bathtub has a couple missing dials, and there were no toiletries (ie bubble bath, shampoo, soap). The curtains above bathtub are torn and dirty. The shower in batrom has black stains in the bottom of the tub ( apperas to be old) we chose not to use, as it looked like old dirt/mould. The dining chairs need cleaning, they are stained and dirty. They appear un-sanitary. Check in was easy, and location is walking distance to the village. I think if the owners did a few minor tweaks to this place, it could be a lil hidden gem. It just needs some attention.

Not what I was expecting.

Very small kitchen, broken chair at the table, no cooking utensils; only pans, hot plate is the "cook top". We arrived and the was no towles anywhere in the home. So we couldn't not wash up. There was an issue with fireplace which was causing smoke to fill cabin as we slept! No plunger was available for the hottub. I would rate this place 2.5/5 stars.

Nice location, but had some issues.

The place was in a great location and the size was great for a quick family getaway with my mom and partner. The main points that I had issues with was the check in process was not what i expected. It took 2 hours to get help for getting into the property(issues with the door being stuck). There were things missing(remote for tv, toilet paper holder, towels for drying hands, and stoppers for the tubs). The heater would kick on and it was so loud it was waking us all up in the middle of the night. It wasnt a terrible experience, but i dont feel like it was worth what I paid.

Extremely Disappointed

Communication was good until I got the “hope you enjoyed your stay” email which I got less than four hours after finally being able to check in. I had asked to have early check-in 5 days prior to stay and was told to check back the day of. Once we were able to check in, half drank Starbucks cup left in the window sill, towel, rack, and toilet paper holder were broken and or missing so the toilet paper sat on the counter. Jacuzzi tub highlighted in one of the bedrooms, but could not use as no plug for drain anywhere. I had advised there would be five of us staying, and they left us with two towels. When I brought this to the hosts attention, he apologized and said he would have someone send over additional towels. No one ever did. When I questioned him about it later that night, I never received any further responses. I then sent a check out email and asked him to confirm receipt and never received a response as well. $400 for 20 hours, ridiculous.

Great location, but that was about it

The location of this cabin is great, but that was the extent of the good things we could say. Check-in was difficult. Unit was not accessible until an hour after check-in due to issues with the door code. Not enough towels for the amount of occupants. Floors were very dirty. Main bathtub was filthy and did not have a drain plug that worked. Jacuzzi tub also did not have a drain plug therefore that worked, therefore it was not usable. The mattress in the main bedroom had some very nasty brown and yellow stains on it as well. The stains became visible once we turned down the bed because the bottom sheet was ill fitted. We took photos of the various issues however, VRBO does not allow for the inclusion of photos in reviews. Lastly, communicating with the property management team was not great and the tone of the messages made us feel as if we had done something wrong. They refuse to address the issues due to time constraints in their terms. We notified management as soon as we were able to. I do NOT recommend staying at this location.
