Nice private house, plenty of activities to do after a day of hiking, ie hot tub, ping pong table, board games. The house is about 10 min drive from downtown Moab. Plenty of parking, easy/fast communication.

Family Fun!

Great place to stay! Clean and had everything we needed! We have been looking for a place that we can stay but also use trailers. They had a place for a hookup and the other trailer just used our on board generator. We would love to stay here again!

Amenities for the trailering jeep crew

We were very surprised with the beautiful home and trailer parking. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and BBQ.Wonderful ambiance and cozy setting provided for a relaxed atmosphere after a day of wheeling.We definitely will return and highly recommend!

Close to trails, clean and spacious

It was a brief stay for trail riding/rock climbing. Really enjoyed the space, plenty of trailer parking. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This house was a perfect place to spend the weekend. It was clean and just as described on the listing. We had 7 adults and it was the perfect amount of space, but would have slept 10 if you had children to share the bunk beds. The outside area was a fun place to hang out and the hot tub was a nice feature as well. Definitely would recommend staying at this spot if you are going to Moab.

Great place!

The house worked for our short stay, not ideal for 5 couples and our own bedrooms. Sharing 2 bathrooms with 10 people not ideal either but we made it work. A very nice stay, quiet place! We appreciated the parking in the back for our pick ups and trailers!

Great view, nice house. House has everything you need. Management response was great. Andrea respond it right away. I would definitely rent the house again.

Fun property with great amenities

Nearly new property with great amenities. Lots of towels and comfortable beds. Movie room with arcade games added to the fun. A little difficult to find and 8 plus miles south of Moab. Great communication and easy check in. Lots of extra parking for your toys—necessary in Moab.

Great parking and quite

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Getting into the home and the availability of lots of parking was great. There is a large garage and the neighborhood is very quite. You are right next to very large powerlines which make a decent amount of noise (and freaked out one of the guest) and the master bathroom doesn't have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom (mainly the toilet). The hottub was nice and the backyard was well done. The house AC was great (in every room). The communication with the owners of the home were difficult and I never received any emails back to 3 different requests/ questions. VRBO made a mistake and my group actually booked 2 homes (only needed 1) at the same time. After we Identified the problem and VRBO explained the issue- I reached out to the home owner to discuss options. Between the large powerlines right next to the house, the master bathroom toilet and the lack of communication from the owner. That is the rating we gave.

Nice house - weird bathrooms

This house is new and very nice. The upstairs is awesome. Movie area was comfortable and the TV was nice. The video game set up was fun. The location is a bit odd - it seems to be in more of an industrial area - but it was quiet and we didn’t have any issues. (There are huge, crackling power lines running through the back of the lot. FYI) The main problem is the bathroom situation. There isn’t a door on the master bathroom. Which means you are basically pooping in the master bedroom. You can literally see the bed from the toilet. Which is not something I was searching for on this trip. To make matters worse, the half bath right outside the master doesn’t have a fan. So. Also there is a door to the outside in the master - you can see it from the shower. It has frosted glass panes in the door, but it is a little off putting to say the least. Other than that the place is nice and clean and comfortable. Unless you’re lactose intolerant or have IBS or anything. Just be prepared. One other thing - the house has mini splits instead of central heat and air. It’s fine and the house was cool and comfortable, but the whole house has to be either cooled or heated. You can’t have both. At certain times of year this might be an issue. Overall the house was fine for our stay.
