City Slicker Oasis MOAB

Newer custom home, tastefully and comfortably decorated to make your entire family or group feel at home. Multiple outdoor and indoor gathering areas with all the amenities you could want. Fenced and private yard featuring hot tub, outdoor shower & firepit. Open floor plan with large, well stocked kitchen, upper level family room with wet bar and library/den area with extra sleeping. All bedrooms have king size beds. Plenty of parking in the extra large 2 car garage or expanded driveway.

This is a 2 story single family home of which guests will be able to enjoy in its entirety as well as the fenced-in yard. The main level of the home has a large custom stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating as well as open concept dining area and living room featuring a 50" TV as well as half bath and laundry room of which guests have full use of washer & dryer; we do provide some laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The main level also has an ensuite master bedroom with king size bed, tv and walk-in closet as well as direct access to the hot tub & outdoor shower. The master bath features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks and blue tooth speaker to enjoy your favorite tunes while soaking in the tub or getting ready for you Moab adventures. The upper level of the home has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a den/library area of which 3 additional twin size beds are located. The upper level family room has an 80" TV, surround sound, comfy sectional sofa and wet bar with mini-fridge. The family room also gives access to the covered balcony and views of the La Sal Mountains. Outdoor living areas include a covered patio on the front of the house with small dining area and blue tooth speaker, the north side of the house has a trellis covered patio with outdoor shower, the rear patio features, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor seating and dining area as well as barbeque grill and patio misters for those extra hot summer days.

The entire house, garage and yard are exclusively for guest use.

During your stay I am within close proximity of the property and can be there to assist in any way within a very short time frame.

Quiet neighborhood a short distance away from busy downtown Moab. Great place for star gazing with views of the Moab Canyon Rim & La Sal Mountains. Close to Ken's Lake and just 10-15 minute drive to downtown Moab and 20 minutes to Arches National Park.

Parking at the property includes an extra large 2 car garage which will accommodate large trucks, concrete driveway in front of garage and on the side with accommodate 3-4 more vehicles. Guests can also park on the street in front of the property. The property is located approximately 9 miles south of downtown Moab.
*Please lock all exterior doors, close windows and garage door when leaving the house or checking out. Please leave doors closed while at the property to prevent insects and mice from getting into the house.
*Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the house or inside the garage under any circumstances.
*This home does NOT allow pets with exception of certified service animals of which must be approved prior to your arrival. If pets are found on the property, the guest will be charged additional cleaning fees and for any damage and be asked to leave without refund.
*Please obey all traffic rules. San Juan County allows off road vehicles on local streets, however speed limits and other traffic rules apply. Please be aware that motor vehicles not licensed as "street legal" are not allowed on US HWY 191 or on Grand County streets. This is a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 MPH and we ask that you respect neighboring properties and stay on market trails and roads at all time. Please make yourself aware of special licensing to operate an off road vehicle required by the state of Utah regardless of a standard driver's license.
*We understand you are here to enjoy yourself and that you are on vacation, however please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am out of respect for the neighbors. Please turn off exterior lights when not in use; at bedtime.
*Please keep the hot tub cover on the hot tub at all times when not in use to prevent it from blowing away or dirt and other debris from getting into the hot tub.
*Please shower before entering the hot tub and use only hot tub towels provided.
*We understand that hot tub water can get cloudy after a few days use. If at anytime during your stay, you find that the hot tub needs cleaning, please let us know. We will be happy to fill the water, replace and/or sanitize filters and/or treat water chemically as needed.
*Please do not leave any linens or towels or other items belonging to the property outside.
*The owner of this home has provided thoughtful amenities with guests in mind. We know accidents happen and if you break or damage something please let us know so that we can repair or replace it for you or future guests. If something is found broken or damaged out of neglectful behavior on your part, you will be asked to replace or pay for repairs.
*This property does not allow parties, events or gatherings of persons not registered and approved as guests of the property.

Canyon Country Properties is a small property management company of which attention to detail and our guests is very important. I work very hard for my homeowners and their guests.

This property is the perfect getaway for families or groups of travelers. The house features a fully equipped kitchen to prepare all your meals without going out. There are several gathering spaces inside and out so you can enjoy time together or off on your own. Views from every side of the property and all the seating areas provide La Sal Mountain Views, Moab Canyon Rim views, opportunities to star gaze or view the beautiful Moab sunsets.

This home has many amenities that guests are sure to remember. Three bedrooms have king size beds, beautifully furnished for comfort plus a 4th bedroom with queen over queen bunk beds. The main level has an open concept floor plan with large kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs has a family room with comfortable seating, 80" Tv with surround sound and wet bar. The exterior features 2 covered patios, open patio, patio with trellis and covered balcony. There are several outdoor seating and 2 outdoor dining areas; one on each side of the house. A private hot tub, available year round & outdoor shower; available seasonally, are perfect after a long day of venturing in the outdoors. There is also a wood burning fire pit, propane heater, and barbeque grill.
