What a great property! It was exactly as described. Communication was amazing as I had a question about trash and Brock responded immediately. We will definitely look to book here again for future trips to Blue Ridge.

Breath taking views of the mountains right from the coziness of the living room!!The cabin has a warm rustic interior that is perfect for any relaxing vacation.The hot tub is perfect for watching the sun set leading into those chilly mountain evenings.Cabin itself was clean and well stocked, plenty of towels/sheets for the stay. The kitchen is excellent for cooking the perfect meal for friends/family.Conveniently located 3 mins from the town of Blue Ridge.The road leading to the cabin can be a bit exciting if you are not used to that. We made it no problem in a mid-sized SUV. Also the GPS was accurate to location.We will definitely be booking this again in the future!!

It’s all about the viewThere’s a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from every window and every room. The cabin is comfortable, but it would be even better after a thorough cleaning, window, washing, and trash collection from the driveway and adjacent hillside. The dirt and gravel access road is so deeply rutted and eroded that it makes coming and going difficult and uncomfortable. If you’re only there for a day or two, it may not be an issue. If you’re there for a week or more as we were, it’s a dealbreaker.

The most awesome, spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Very comfortable lodging. Nice sheets, comfortable bed, hot tube, huge porch swing, 3 fireplaces, etc... So peaceful and relaxing-we didn't want to leave.

I have rented several places in Blue Ridge over the years, and this was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in. The house was designed and decorated in a sophisticated yet comfortable style. The views were unbelievable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals as a family. We especially loved the downstairs screened-in porch with the swing bed and hot tub. It was conveniently located so that we could easily visit downtown Blue Ridge. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This is a beautiful property with amazing views and so much outdoor living space. We did a long-weekend girls trip and enjoyed meals outside, morning coffee on the deck and evening hot tub time! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Sky Lodge, it was gorgeous and comfortable. The roads are a little tough but you’re so close to town, so it’s not bad at all. They did make for a wonderful hike everyday, loved the walks and views!I would mention though that the bunk beds are separated from the main house, that you have to go outside to access them. We didn’t use them but I think that would be a good thing to mention. The outdoor covered space is wonderful and cozy. Thank you for a great mountaintop retreat!

We have it noted in our listing description and we also send a message immediately after booking to confirm guests saw that. Im sorry if you missed that. We would never want anyone to feel misled. The bunk room is not for everyone, but it is a nice added bonus for those needed to sleep a few more guests at a great price

The view is INCREDIBLE..and that’s what it is all about. The property is super close to restaurants and things to do. The cabin itself is gorgeous and so well decorated. The road leading up to the property is a little iffy but that is expected in the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Views!!! Can't say enough about the views from inside and on the multi level decks. We had an amazing stay and the beds were extremely comfortable. Host responded within minutes of a question before arrival. Would recommend and we would return if in the area.

Lovely Cabin

This was such a great cabin for our stay in Blue ridge. It was exactly as described and had beautiful views of the mountains. Communication from the hosts was excellent, and we can’t recommend this cabin enough!

This was our 3rd visit to Blue Ridge, and each trip just gets better and better! Our stay at the Modern Cabin was wonderful from the time we checked in to the time we left. Brock was an amazing host who was communicative, friendly, and welcoming. The views from both the upstairs porch and downstairs porch were breathtaking, and were plenty spacious for our family. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed! We would certainly stay here again, even our dog loved it!
