Designed with large families or groups in mind, this 2000 square-foot home offers plenty of space for 10 guests, with four large bedrooms plus a queen air mattress for the living room.

All four bedrooms offer a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 12-inch thick memory foam mattress. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and blackout curtains, ensuring maximum comfort and quality sleep. Guests can unpack and make themselves at home, using the ample closet space to store clothes.

Our Oceanside home has two separate bathrooms. The main bathroom is well-lit and spacious, offering a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage. The master bathroom is linked to the master bedroom and boasts a glass-fronted walk-in shower, ample counter space, and bright, modern decor.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
With a fully-stocked kitchen and new appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you and your little ones will need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee. Enjoy your home-cooked meals in the large dining area; the solid wood dining table comfortably seats six. Additional seating is available on the patio.

The bright, airy lounge is the focal point of this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sectional sofa complete with recliners, and stream your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen Smart TV. Complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime is included.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Grill out on the BBQ and enjoy some of the provided yard games in the private, fenced-in backyard. With the sectional sofa and 10-seater patio table, large groups can experience outdoor dining in the best of California’s beautiful weather. The whole family can gather around the fire pit for some s'mores and make good vacation memories.

When heading to the beach, feel free to use the two bikes, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, and toys provided for your convenience. There are several nearby attractions, including the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance.

Guest Access:

As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard, garage, beach gear, and two bikes. There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage.

You will be given a key code for the smart lock, so no need to keep track of keys. There’s also a ring camera on the home’s exterior to ensure safety at all times.

☀ We are so excited to host your stay. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know. We’re committed to you having a 5-star experience.

☀ Kid-friendly: We do have a crib in the bedroom but do not offer any other any baby gear on site. All of our baby gear amenities such as Pack N Plays and high chairs are provided via a rental service. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

Guests booking confirms receipt and acknowledgment of the below City of Oceanside Good Neighbor Policy.

1) Parking: Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.

2) Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).

3) Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.

4) Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.


Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host, with no refund and minimum $500 fee.

*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.

Guest give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Clean and comfortable about a 10 min walk to the beach.
The inside of the home was much nicer than the outside. Neighborhood was a little sketchy, at night especially but overall it was fine. About a 10 min walk to the beach. Got a lot of excercise in.

Great family in a nice house
I really enjoyed staying in this house with my family for our summer vacation Graet location, close to the Pier, local restaurants, coffee places and local farmers market on Thursdays. We loved riding bikes, that were available in garage. The house has great rooms layout, big living room, and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very nice, promptly replied to our messages. We would love to come back again!

Nice home and convenient location!
We were very pleased with the home. It was immaculate and had everything that we needed. The design layout and size of the rooms made it very comfortable for our group of 8. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the restaurants and shops. It is also a walkable distance to the beach. We would definitely return in the future.

This home was AMAZING!! MARK was very friendly and responded with any questions we had... Also leaving a bottle of wine 🍷 was delicious!! Home itself was very tidy , clean and well kept up!
