This 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this your best vacation yet! The owner's attention to detail and style can be seen throughout. The living room has a beautiful composite flooring, new furniture, a stone centerpiece wall that features a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The dining area consists of a beautiful wood table along with stylish bench seating and provides a great space for any work that might need to get done. The kitchen has granite countertops, tile backsplash, updated cabinetry, and of course stainless-steel appliances. The chef in the family will love being able to cook and still be part of the phone nearby. The main bedroom has a queen size bed along with a newly renovated bathroom. The shower will remind you of being in a 5-star hotel. Bedroom two also has a queen size bed. The den area has been converted into a sleeping area and has two twin beds. There are barn doors that slide to provide privacy. Both the second bedroom and den share the 2nd bathroom which also has been beautifully updated with a tub/shower combination. In the evenings, you will enjoy those cool summer breezes as you relax on the large deck!

The Sea Watch is one of the premier buildings in Ocean City and is known for its abundance of amenities. You will enjoy both and indoor and outdoor pool, a basket court, three tennis courts, a playground, a volleyball court, a movie theater, a game room, a billiards room, sauna and workout area.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival at the guard station: $65 cash or credit card (May 1st- Oct. 31st ) It includes 1 parking space in a covered garage. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee, except for July 3-5th.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping condominium complex and is prohibited in the condo, on the balcony as well as all public areas.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 115th street.
* The indoor pool is open April 1st- Nov. 30th. (Days and hours vary by month) The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
