Questo condominio completamente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto nel deserto offre un'esperienza meravigliosa in una casa calda e accogliente lontano da casa che può ospitare 6 persone. Questa tranquilla unità terminale ha una vista spettacolare sul campo da golf e le palme con le montagne che offrono uno sfondo fantastico. Questa casa comprende una nuova cucina e bagni con ripiani in granito, nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle e tappeti a pelo profondo nelle camere da letto.

La cucina ben attrezzata con una grande finestra che si affaccia sul campo da golf è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui una cucina a gas, un waffle, un tostapane, un macinino per i tuoi fagioli Starbucks e un frullatore per preparare la tua bevanda preferita. Rilassatevi nel patio posteriore dopo aver grigliato sul barbecue Weber e godetevi la vista mozzafiato di palme e montagne sullo sfondo. Il patio ha una meravigliosa esposizione a sud con vista sulla sesta buca del corso est. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono a pochi passi dalla porta.

Divertiti a guardare un film sul grande schermo piatto HDTV montato a parete situato proprio sopra il camino mentre sei comodamente seduto su eleganti divani in pelle color crema nel soggiorno.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size incredibilmente comodo e una TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la tana funge da terza camera da letto con una TV a schermo piatto e un divano letto matrimoniale con un topper in memory foam per un maggiore comfort. Il soggiorno, la cucina e tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto.

Con l'eccellente posizione centrale del Monterey Country Club, tutti i tuoi negozi e ristoranti preferiti sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto, incluso il famoso El Paseo, per la suprema esperienza di shopping. La famosa fiera del fine settimana del College of the Desert a Monterey è solo un paio di isolati lungo la strada - un'esperienza da non perdere. Beautiful condo & location

We had a wonderful & very peaceful stay & absolutely loved everything about this well maintained and nicely decorated condo. The beds & sofas were so very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking & entertaining. We can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already provided. The view of golf course from the patio, living area & kitchen is beautiful and gated community is very quiet & friendly. We liked that this condo is close to shopping & centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go in & around the greater desert community. Everything worked perfectly . No problems. We would definitely recommend this place to friends & would stay here again. Thank you Lori for renting out your place for others… like us.. to enjoy!

We are a retired couple and this condo worked well for us. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It was a pleasure to work with Lori and we would love to come back.

Beautiful condo

It doesn't get better than this. Beautifully appointed and so comfortable at the same time, plus the views from the patio are spectacular. We want to come back again but next time stay for at least a month or two. It has everything you could possibly need and Lori was such a pleasure to work with.

Perfect setting

Lori’s home is in a perfect setting. Overlooking the fairway with the mountain vistas in the background was spectacular. The home was well equipped, comfortable with all the amenities of home. Lori was easily accessible and very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Lovely property and wonderful host

Lori was SO accommodating in every regard. She communicated with us promptly before and during our stay. The property is beautiful and well kept with a stocked kitchen, decent pots and pans and all the dishes and service items you need. They have ample towels and pool towels. Beds are comfy, even the pull out sofa. They have nice “extras” such as a sink in the garage with gadgets to clean your golf clubs, a golf bag stand, two bikes to cruise around on, etc. The location was great, close to 2 community pools/hottubs, tennis courts and located behind a bunker on the golf course for viewing enjoyment. The backyard faces south, so you can enjoy the patio any time of day.

lovely condo and perfect location

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was lovely and provided all the comforts and amenities of home. Located on the golf course with wonderful mountain views made it a perfect location. The owners Murray and Lori were very responsive to any queries I had. Hope to return soon!

Property was very clean, well-equipped and exactly as advertised.

The south facing golf course location was perfect from sunrise to sunset. We'd visit again - and would highly recommend it. Lori was easy to work with and a excellent host.

Ideal Palm Desert location

Airy, bright interior with tasteful decor. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and then some! Immaculate and everything in good working condition. Automatic awnings gave great shade to patio. Modern bathrooms, comfy beds, and owners who were congenial and always available to answer questions. We’ll return again. Another great stay ............

This home truly is a perfect location. This was our second year staying in this beautiful condo, which made us feel right at home. Beautifully furnished with everything you could want and more. A perfect patio to enjoy your morning coffee and dinners in the evening. A perfect 10!

Absolutely great stay again. Perfect location in a wonderful setting.

Condo is a great layout, perfect location right on the golf course. Lots of room inside and all re-done. Patio is excellent and perfect for dinners outside every night. Very close to pool and tennis courts. 10 out of 10

Wonderful stay in Palm Desert.

Great view of the Palms lining the golf course with the mountains as a back drop. Condo was very comfortable. Our month just flew by. Owners were very responsive when minor problem with hot water heater developed. One of our favorite stays in the desert. Always a sad day when we pull out of the drive way to head home.

Fabulous Two Months

It was a pleasant surprise to rent a property on VRBO that actually was as good as it was advertised. The condo was beautifully furnished, updated, and well maintained. The kitchen was especially well thought out with pretty well everything a cook could want. The morning views of the golf course, the blue skies and the mountains are to die for. Lori and Murray, the owners, were always available by email/phone to answer any questions we had. They were a delight to deal with. The Monterey Golf and Country Club is beautifully maintained by an army of gardeners who seem to be planting flowers and shrubs continually. Lunch at the clubhouse is a fabulous deal and sitting on the patio is heaven (except for the smokers who for some reason are still allowed there). Tuesday night, Fiesta Night, is fun with drinks and nibbles for about $3 each. The condo is central to Palm Desert and the Coachella Valley. Nothing is more than a couple of miles away. We will definitely look at coming back again to Lori's and Murray's place for another long stay next time we go to the desert.

Beautiul Condo!

This was a Beautiful, Clean, Well equiped, Large and comfortable Condo. it felt more like a home.The photos don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for all seven of us! This property was also in close proximity to everything.. Grocery stores, shopping, dinning and theaters. The owners were vey nice and responded quickly via email. We will deffinatly stay here again.

Wonderful condo!

My family just returned from a one-week vacation in this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The unit is beautifully decorated (recently renovated) and very clean. The photos don't show you just how large the condo actually is -- we had more than enough room for the four of us. The owners were wonderful to deal with and any and all questions were answered right away via email. The condo is situated in a great location in the Monterey Country Club. The club itself is gated and very secure -- we felt very safe there. When you sit outside on the patio, you're overlooking the golf course. Very peaceful. The location of Monterey Country Club is very central in Palm Desert, making it very easy to get to just about everything: theaters, shopping, restaurants, Costco, highway. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family. If you go, don't miss dinner at Papa Dan's (fantastic Italian!)!

We chose this location because we had stayed at a condo in Monterey Country Club previously and thoroughly enjoyed the view and the beautiful surroundings. We wanted a central location in the valley that gave us close proximity to everything the desert has to offer. The location of our condo in Monterey a Country Club is far enough away from the main drag of Monterey that there is no sound of traffic whatsoever.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Nothing equals the relaxing experience of lounging on the patio watching golfers go by, with a gorgeous view of palm trees and mountains in the background! We wanted an end unit which provides more daylight & windows as well as privacy. We also wanted to be south facing to give us the best view & sun.
