We had a large group of family stay at this property for a couple days in town for a funeral. The house fit a lot of our needs, with so many amenities offered such as the batting cage and basketball court. The deck was also nice and enjoyable with the firepit and a table. Scott was good with communication.

Property was in excellent condition, very well maintained and clean. Our family had an excellent experience, and our host was top-notch. The host allowed unexpected access to his garage to accommodate parking my motorcycle at no extra charge, and a last-minute request. The host made this experience smooth, stress-free, and very enjoyable. I will certainly stay at the same location if my family travels back to South Dakota.

Very nice larger home, worked perfect for our family gathering

We had an impromptu Labor Day family trip. Scott was so accommodating and helped us with all our questions. The deck was amazing to make smores and there is a massive lawn played games on and even an outdoor batting cage which was a "hit". Basement is full of games and theatre seating with a very cool bar with memorabilia.

Plenty to do

Great property for teens! Batting cage, basketball court, video games, pool, darts. While we don’t have a lot of downtime, there was plenty to do at the house. It was very comfortable. Scott was a great host and made sure to answer any questions we had.

Great Weekend Getaway

Property is exactly like the pictures. We did have a thought time trying to adjust the basement shower head, but there were no glaring maintenance issues that were a deal breaker. Rental properties will always have a few hiccups here and there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Basketball court was cool, but we ran out of time to use it. There was a decent amount of coffee stocked for us and check out process was simple and easy. The host was not demanding and communicated well before our stay.

Worst VRBO I have ever had

Check in was to be at 2pm, could not check in until 5pm. Had to wash the sheets because they were dirty before we got there. food drips on the outsides of cupboards and in the cupboards. Grill in the listing did not work, missing knobs and was very dirty, we brought meats to grill so we had to go purchase our own grill for the food. Jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom had dry wall missing from around in, sink was dirty with a dirty wash cloth that stunk very bad was shoved in the drain, among many other things wrong, I have rented from VRBO many times per year and this was the worst experience ever.

Lies lies lies, Not a word was said until I got to the location after they checked out and became aware of large stain on a white Sofa Chaise in the upstairs living room and another large red kool-aid stain on the white carpet i downstairs in the entertainment room by the couches. Someone had made an attempt to clean but weren't able to get stain out and neither was I after it had already dried after their attempt. They had $1500 insurance coverage on so I sent a nice text letting them know that I was going to file and insurance claim. Now all of a sudden she had a problem and started to exxaggerate things that I know werehnt true because I has did a walk thru myself before they got there. Ended up costing me 3 times what her insurance policy covered so needless to say I wouldnt rent out a storage shed to this guest. She gets a Zero.
