Spettacolare vista sull'oceano, angolo all'ultimo piano, condominio privato, situato sulla spiaggia e nel cuore dell'incantevole Playa del Carmen, in Messico, presso lo Xaman-Ha Resort nella fase 1 di Playacar.

Il condominio con una camera da letto è completamente arredato con aria condizionata. La camera da letto ha un letto king-size con mobili che offrono un ampio spazio per i cassetti per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è completamente fornita e ha un piano cottura, forno a microonde e frigorifero. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo con ripiano in vetro può ospitare comodamente 4 persone o semplicemente saltare su un paio di sgabelli da bar al bar della cucina per prendere uno spuntino o un drink veloce. Il soggiorno si apre sulla terrazza che si affaccia sullo splendido Mar dei Caraibi e sui curati giardini paesaggistici tropicali del cortile di Xaman-Ha, piscina / solarium e bar e bevande situato sotto il grande palapa. Quindi goditi il tuo caffè mattutino, il tuo pasto o il tuo rinfresco preferito in una di queste location spettacolari.

C'è anche una lavatrice / asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza e televisori con satellite / via cavo sia nella camera da letto che nel soggiorno. Sei a pochi passi dall'oceano con nuoto, snorkeling, prendere il sole, parapendio, moto d'acqua, barche a vela o piacevoli passeggiate lungo la spiaggia. Oppure divertiti a guardare le albe mozzafiato da dietro la vicina isola di Cozumel e goditi il cielo serale illuminato dalla luna e stellato mentre si riflette e brilla dalle acque dei Caraibi.

Paradise in Playa!

Awesome condo with it’s ocean view and location was ideal...property was well maintained and the pool with swim up bar was fantastic...close enough to 5th Avenue but not too close...will definitely be back!

This place was exactly what was pictured and described. We enjoyed an entire week here with no issues at all. The condo had the most breathtaking views, was close enough to town but not too close, and everyone we encountered on the property was extremely friendly. We’ll be back!

Great condo and location

Any issues were resolved quickly. We felt extremely safe (I forgot my purse at the pool area, realized it 3 hours later and it was still there!) the view is fabulous everything needed is in walking distance. All around great trip!

Clean and convenient condo with pool and ocean view

We very much enjoyed our stay at Xamanha condos. Our taxi driver was confused trying to find the place so I think directions should emphasize to give the name of condominiums in addition to geographical location. Beautiful ocean view and quick walk to restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable!

Perfect Couple Retreat

We enjoyed our stay tremendously in this light and bright high ceiling condo with an amazing third floor view of the Caribbean. The unit was very clean and was furnished with everything we could ask for to make our stay comfortable. The bedroom is oversized and private with a tropical view. The furnishings were newer, clean and comfortable. There is a relaxing lounge chair on the balcony which is perfect for morning coffee to watch the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

The property looked just like the pictures. Very clean, walking distance to 5th Ave but far enough away to not have the noise of the nightlife. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were VERY sweet and helpful. They gave us recommendations on places to go. Overall we had a great experience here and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

Excellent location!!

Excellent location in Playa del Carmen, you can walk to the Quinta Avenida (5th Ave) where there are tons of restaurants, shops, the ferry, etc., and no cars! The owner of this condo is fantastic, he was very accessible and checked on us to see if we needed anything; he was super nice and wonderful to work with. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including very good wifi, great AC and fans, and a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The Xaman-ha complex is clean, located right on the beach, and has a great pool area.

Amazing location!!!

I had stayed at the Xaman-Ha condos before so off the top I already knew this was a great location. It is close to everything you could possibly want. It's about a 5 minute walk to the ferry dock to cross over to Cozumel. The condo is right on the beach so the view is amazing. This condo was perfect for the relaxation we needed. Communication with the owners was great too. I only had 1 question for them and they answered right away! I would definitely book this condo again.

This place was very clean. The air conditioners worked great and the views were just amazing. The pool was very nice and the beach was so close, i thought about aleeping on the beach one night. Ha The staff were all so great and friendly. One night, my wife and i were sitting next to the pool, star gazing and their security came to check to see if we belonged on site. That made us feel super safe. The location of the condo made it great, you are only mins away from food, shopping. Most definitely going to book this unit again in the near future. 1 week stay

This was one of the best places we have stayed in! Everything was exactly as described and so clean. The property is very quiet and in a quiet neighborhood. Just a quick walk to everything on 5th ave. Beach and pool access were amazing, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. We rented a car for a few days on our stay and a parking spot was available. WiFi worked fine for the short amount of work that we needed it for. The AC was efficient and worked quickly however it wasn’t always needed with the ocean breeze that came through the patio door. The view is outstanding! We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was also great and fast to respond.

Awesome condo

Check in was a breeze. Sol took care of everything including us arriving a day early, sending A taxi to ferry dock ( we were arriving from Cozumel) to get us and luggage to complex, supplying us with restaurant suggestions, and even arranged for us to see the 2BR CONDO owned by John. The condo was clean, cool, well stocked and spacious. The view was amazing! The washer/dryer was certainly a plus after staying in Cozumel the week before. Kitchen had everything you needed plus some things I didn’t expect. We were so close to anything we wanted. 5th avenue had changed so much and being within walking distance we could explore easily. We are most definitely booking again for next year before we leave. Actually, we liked it so much that when we left for Tulum for a week we booked this condo for another 6 days before we go home this year! Robin, at swim up bar, was great and very personable. .

Great location. Not as well managed

View of the ocean amd nice on property staff are the best things about this place along with the proximity to restaurants etc. The address in the listing was not usable amd could t be mapped. It confused my taxi driver. The host wasn’t reachable for 2 hours while we were trying to get the confusing directions explained. Once at the property check in was good to be fair. The internet information was wildly inaccurate in the listing amd the host didn’t understand the actual set up of it. I Tun my business remotely and I tener is critical so this didn’t work for me at all. Left early to stay in a hotel. If you’re going to party and shop amd be on the beach this is a better place for you. If you are a digital nomad or business owner maybe not.

It was a beautiful place to stay

There was nothing we needed. Everything was perfect except the sofa it was very uncomfortable I must say. Maybe a pen or pencil to write with. Also took me forever to figure our the stove.

Lovely experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would stay again. Agreed with other folks that finding the property at the beginning of our trip was difficult as it’s not easy to find on Google/Apple maps. I suggest telling your taxi driver you’re staying at “Xaman - Ha Condominio” in “Playacar Fase Uno” and they should know where to take you. Once we successfully arrived, the place was clean and as pictured. Positively beautiful views and very enjoyable property. We spent most of our time at the pool as the beach was pretty full of sargrosso (early July) but we still took a dip in it everyday! Robin, who manages the poolside bar, was delightful and the drinks/food is so affordable if you don’t want to bring your own down to the pool. Xaman - Ha offers an excellent location to nearby restaurants and bars in the very active neighborhood.

Beautiful and relaxing

The apartment was perfect. Amazing view. We loved the fact that the complex is quiet - families and more mature adults. We loved sitting and reading on the balcony with the occasional dip in the lovely pool (sometimes the sea). The apartment is well equipped - more than sufficient for eating in and the washer/dryer was very useful. The bed is extremely comfortable. The manager responded quickly to the queries and provided very helpful replies. Very highly recommended!

Perfect Perfect PERFECT!

We had previously stayed in los cabos and Cancún and this is one of the best condos we have been so far! Very homey feeling, washer/Dryer a plus and a beautiful view! Fifth Avenue was a three min walk right next to the ferry! Very convenient ! The staff was very polite and helpful !!! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing stay- perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay so much here! The property was perfect and had everything we wanted. It was quaint and not a full resort, but still had the pool and bar! Anna, the concierge, was fantastic! She helped us make dinner reservations and booked us a charter fishing trip (and we caught mahi mahi and a white marlin!). The communication with John was great- he answered all of our questions and always responded quickly. We will definitely come back!

Great location for the price!

Hus & I went on a low cost vacay. Zeroed in on this property for its location. We wanted ocean view from balcony 4 a low cost. Property definitely delivered. If you're looking for a 5 star property w/perks this is not for you. If you don't mind an older complex w/a gorgeous view for an affordable price, definitely give this a try. We gave a 3 for check in process. Owner instructions & drive in instructions were very precise, accurate, &easy. No problem there. We needed to check in w/lobby, each time we went to check in, property mngr was not there. On our 3rd time, 3rd day trying, there was a security gentleman there. We informed him that we have been trying since arriving to check in so we can get our pool wristbands & no one was ever there. He stated she had not arrived yet but he would let her know we had stopped by. We gave him our room number and he let us know since he knew we tried to check in that he would inform the other security that we were in fact guests even though we did not have pool wristbands. We did appreciate the security they had making rounds on the property, we always felt very safe on the property & the neighborhood. Since there was a public beach access next to property, security was very diligent in their duties, making sure only guest of property were using the pool area. We did encounter the security from the check in counter and asked if we had spoken with property mngr that had just walked by us. Since we did not know who she was we did not stop her. I did however walk to track her down, by the time I caught up with her she had already hopped in her car and left. I found the security gentleman & informed him I had missed her by mere seconds. He stated he would notify her again that we have been trying to check in, so we can get our wristbands since the next group of security were not as lenient as he has been with pool access. Within a couple of hours, property mngr was back and she did come to us with our pool wristbands and parking pass. Our parking spot, was on opposite side of building next to maintenance shed. Upon arriving maintenance had it blocked off with a grill &trash bags. I had to get off and find a maintenance person to ask them to please remove items from parking spot. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Could use better lighting in kitchen for cooking. Shower was a bit on small side, but nothing was a deal breaker. Overall, we thought it was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely return!
