Amazingly charming property in the perfect location. Awesome historic building with great host and communication. I would definitely stay here again. My family was super comfortable here and we loved the charming furniture and huge balcony.

We had a wonderful experience renting the apartment, from the initial communication with the owner regarding our needs through the very smooth check in process and through our stay. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It is very well situated and all the major sites are very easy to reach from there. Would rent it again.

This place is FANTASTIC. The host could not have been more helpful and the apartment was extremely comfortable. It is on beautiful quiet Paris street with no street noise at night. Great location away from the tourist area of Paris and in the real heart of a neighborhood.

Wonderful Area

Great place to stay for a visit to Paris. Quiet neighborhood, great restaurants close by and easy access to all the great sites. Grocery very close by, great for a family.

This place was outstanding, dripping with Paris charm! It was the perfect apartment for our adventures...equal walking distance to all the sights we wanted to hit. We could not have found a better place, and the host was so nice and accommodating, even met us early given our flight time. We will definitely stay here next time we visit! Merci mille fois!

Family visit to Paris

Great property. Tons of space! Nice that the second bedroom had two twin beds for our two teenagers. Nice quiet residential neighborhood but less than 10 min walk to metro. Perfect for our family.

Become a Parisian in Elegance

What a beautiful and safe area this was to stay in. We took the metro every day pretty much to see many of the sites that Paris is famous for. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

Just Book This. I search out a lot of spots.

Great location, big space, Olivier (the owner) was always accesible and met us there, etc. It was great for our kids (15 and 18) to experience a real European setting (not hotel). Considering the cost of getting two hotel rooms, this was very economical.

Location is ideal. Quiet, elegant neighborhood steps away from Parc Monceau, a truly hidden gem. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The building entryway is impressive and what you would expect in the neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and elegant with a delightful long balcony. And, not often found, a modern elevator.

Beautifully decorated Parisian flat with plenty of space for our party of four girlfriends. This place gives all the old world vibes you want in Paris while still offering modern amenities that are rare in European flats: Two separate bathrooms, a washer AND dryer, a dishwasher, and a working elevator that fits more than one person at a time. We loved spending time on the balcony and lounging on the plush velour sofas. We would definitely stay here again, but would prefer to come back when the city is not in the grips of a record-breaking heatwave. The oscillating fans did help somewhat, but do be aware the modern amenities do not extend to AC. This is standard in Paris and really can't be helped. Still Olivier did his very best to keep us comfortable, and we had a lovely time in this lovely flat. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Stay

The apartment was very Parisian with beautiful windows allowing great airflow for sleeping late August. Neighborhood quiet but still convenient with cafes, markets, nearby park and still walkable to many attractions (Uber also great). Kitchen, bathrooms and living space were perfect. Would come again !

Nice stay in beautiful settings

Nice location. Not the most vibrant part of town but upscale and safe and clean. Near a beautiful park. Easy walk access to big and small restaurants. The flat is large, airy, full of natural lights, very Parisian in a beautiful building. Very quiet, nice deep sleep.

Superb family home base for a Paris week

We felt completely at home in this wonderful flat - it had everything that we would have needed in any functioning home (so much more than just the average rental). The location is superb, the flat is quiet and the check in / support was really excellent. Difficult to think of any better way to see Paris

Amazing flat

Amazing flat, looks straight out of a Parisian film! We really felt like we were staying in Paris with this apartment. Oliver made the check in process so easy, the kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, location is great and walkable to the Arc & Champs Elysees. We would come back to Paris again to stay here. Highly recommend!
