House was as it was represented. The house and pool area were clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice to relax in. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice amenities to have for our beach trips. The communication with Albert and Kristi with Anchor Down Vacation Rental was very good they answered all our questions and checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was going ok.

6/10 Soddisfacente

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in, comunicazione, posizione
Upon arrival, we needed to spot clean several areas. There was pet hair all over the sheets in the master bed. The linens were pretty dingy (yellowed pillows and mattress covers, which we saw when washing the sheets). There were quite a few bugs around the house. The house has many items that are old and need to be addressed (broken tiles, faucets peeling, baseboards missing, mismatched touch up paint on walls, the entire lanai screen/cage has rusty bolts and is peeling, fence was broken, food stuck on inside of cabinet in kitchen, rust in sinks and tubs, dust stuck to ceiling by vents/registers. We would not come back.

Perfect home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we needed was available. The pool was much appreciated as the weather was extremely warm during our stay. Very conveniently located to shopping and the venue where our grandson was competing in Canoe and Kayak Nationals. Would definitely book this great home again.

Best Family Vacation

House is exactly as listed. Rental company was very helpful and the check in and out process was superb. We had a very hot week and enjoyed many hours in the very clean pool and spa. The beach during week days was pretty empty it was like having the whole beach to ourselves. The house itself have everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for our group of 7. I would recommend this house and rental company to anyone coming to this area. We plan to make this our annual family event.

It’s great to know you made the most of the pool and spa during the warm week—and having the beach almost to yourselves sounds like a dream! We’re thrilled the house had everything you needed for your group, and it truly means a lot to hear you’d recommend both the home and our team. We’d be honored to be part of your annual family tradition and look forward to welcoming you back next year!

The house was a great rental, space & set up were awesome with many amenities, unfortunately the only issue was the pool/hot tub heater was not working. I called and the the Management Company was very communicative and sent someone out; unfortunately it was over a weekend and they couldn't get an Electrician there till Monday (after our stay). Appreciate all the updates along the way and understanding that we could not use the pool/hot tub......I would rent this house again when in the area.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the space, layout, and amenities of the home, and that our team was able to stay in communication with you throughout your stay. We sincerely apologize that the pool and hot tub heater stopped working during your visit. While we did our best to get the issue addressed as quickly as possible, the timing over the weekend unfortunately delayed the electrician’s availability. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience while we worked on resolving the problem. It means a lot to us that you would choose to stay with us again when you’re in the area, and we would be delighted to host you for another visit.
