CEN208 - Custom home with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in great location just 2 blocks straight up from the central boardwalk & beach action. With sleeping for 15 or more and a PRIVATE POOL this one checks all the boxes! This home features an expansive & spacious open concept floorplan with room for everyone whether you are entertaining or sitting down for a meal. There is a deck with an awning that has direct access to the fenced yard and pool. Outdoor furniture, grill, outdoor shower & more. Finished "rec room" area on ground level with half bath, games, tv & more. Large rooms, high end applicances, furnishings & fixtures. Great parking. 4 levels of beach house here! Also includes 8 badges to the beach, many extras like bicycles, beach chairs, gym equipment, game tables. A complete option for your beach vacation. Owner provides sheets, towels, and beach towels, Keurig coffee maker.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything we needed was there and having linens and towels was a huge plus! The location was great, close to the boardwalk and beach (but not too close). Our family had a great time!

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- there was plenty of room of room for everyone. The parking was great and we really enjoyed the backyard and basement.
